I just made these this morning, so good😄! Suttle chocolate flavor as you arent biting into whole chocolate chips, felt fancy. I had to add a couple more tbsp of chocolate to cover the third layer, and i cooked them about 6 mins longer than the recipe (prolly just my oven) but they came out perfectly golden. The marbling is gorgeous!

@Cancelled Peanut its typical for the basque cheesecake :) you bake it at high temperature for a short time and the longer you let it set in the fridge the less soft its center will become 😇 you can also bake it longer at a lower temperature but it wouldnt have a soft inside then

Just made these, wow! Thank you for the recipe. The only thing I would say, if you prefer it slightly sweeter to use a sweet milk chocolate. I used 70% dark chocolate so it was quite bitter in taste but nonetheless yummy.
