I have a new challenge, the challenge to visit the sites of as many castles and fortified manors as possible along the Welsh/English border. Using the book 'Castles of the Marches' as inspiration.
This time Kinnersley Castle in Herefordshire. Nothing remains of the medieval castle and the house is a private home which only opens on special occasions but it's still on the list!.
