These slimy attorneys hunted these jurors down; I imagine tried to trick them into all kinds of answers. Why? because that's what they have done for decades to participate in & profit from corruption. Probably started investigating ANY kind of wrongdoing or things like secret affairs, etc to "convince" (blackmail) jurors into creating doubt in the verdict. They are all just as evil as Alex Murdaugh.

@@andrewlong4894The only thing on the table are allegations. The subject of a fair trial should proceed after the allegations are proven to be true. Only 2 jurors signed affidavits and as much as they were instructed by the judge, they should have reported the misconduct immediately because they would have known it was wrong. If Alex were to be granted a new trial it doesn't guarantee a different verdict. Alex has consistent behavior of being above the law and above following rules. He truly believes he will be free one day. This is more than likely just another lie to add to the many lies that have already been told. Actions speak louder than words and Alex is always consistent with his actions and his words are just wasted air. There are several points worthy of attention here; Murdaugh’s guilt was patently obvious once his catalogue of lies were meticulously exposed by both the State’s case against him AND his own conduct & testimony. His countess proven lies as well as guilt-laden, failed attempts to have employees who were close to the family mis-recall, damning material facts & details on the day of the murders simply further incriminated him.
Also, Murdaugh’s multi million dollar frauds, theft & egregious acts of deception perpetrated against his clients while ‘serving’ them as their attorney, crimes, almost 100 individual offences, to which he freely admitted guilt & liability under cross-examination, guarantee any opportunity to walk-free again are non-existent.
Lastly, in my opinion, the closing argument by the defence team was extremely weak, not least because the Mudaugh guilt was apparent & frankly the only possible result from a jury deliberation. But it was the extremely powerful rebuttal summary delivered expertly by John Meadors which decisively slammed the prison doors behind Murdaugh!!

“Ms. Hill did these things to secure for herself a book deal and media appearances that would not happen in the event of a mistrial. Ms. Hill betrayed her oath of office for money and fame. Once these 2 facts are proven, the law does not allow the Court any discretion about how to respond. It must grant a new trial,” the motion says.”-this is from CNN.
And Becky Hill does indeed already have a book out😳🙄🤯.
Folks seem to think that a Court Clerk is like a receptionist or something-nope. It’s an important job, actually, and if she misused her authority, it is a big deal.
