Here we go one more time they look out for their brother I'm so glad! 😆
Leave it to a politician to blame anyone else but the guilty.
Something smells fishy
Aren’t these the same lawyers that said they would prove AM’s innocence at trial?
The COURT CLERK?? C’mon guys!!??
Exactly
Not sure if y’all actually understand what that job entails? It’s a big deal. Look it up. There is a description of the duties of SC court clerks online.
If this happened, y’all paid $$$$$ to make it happen!
Look, at the end of the day whether we are for or against Alex, if this really did happen then he deserves a retrial. Murderer or not, rules were broken and we must respect the court and the law.
If and it's a big if....?If this is true then he deserves a new trial
But doesn't mean he's not guilty
@@karliann1 agreed
it's bad enough people say "at the end of the day" now they're actually writing "at the end of the day"!?
It must be hard to be a defense attorney and have a guilty client. Or maybe he's not guilty, maybe a dog in the kennel shot and killed them.
Bad little doggy.
Or maybe his drug dealer did! I always believed there were two people involved in these murders, and I'll bet they were killed as a warning to Alex Murdaugh. I still believe he's innocent of those two murders.
It will be funny if somebody says that 😂😂 not wanting to believe that he was the only person with them
Are these attorneys beaten a dead horse?
Id like to know if anyone else has visited the jurors. With money, threats or both. Cuz murdaugh sure is shady & likely has money hid away
If true then why didn't jurors go to the judge via bailif? If proven false then these defense attorneys need to be disbarred immediately..
They’re just doing their job…disbarred, brother 🙄
@@maryricketts7337 There are ways to do a job, blatant lying (if proven they're lying) should be grounds for disbarment, especially when their actions could potentially ruin another's life. "brother" 🙄
"I wasn't at the kennels". Remember that lie A Murdaugh!!!!
I won't believe it til I see a signed sworn statement from a juror.
That high pitch tell me in that moment you are lying.
If true Jury isn't to blame. Fite her and prosecution is a must. She should have to pay millions for a new trial.
Actually the Jury are officers of the court, and were given explicit instructions. If this happened, it was their duty to report it immediately to the Judge.
Stop! The FBI and police are going to investigate! Not that easy
Jury is ABSOLUTELY to blame if this happens. They are instructed to report ANYTHING that is wrong or suspicious immediately.
@@Amanda-cn3pkExactly, because they are definitely to blame. They no the law, as the Judge read the instructions to them when the case started and before they went to deliberate!
😂 "we absorvit,.... What we where there, haaaa.."
Very suspicious
This is disgusting. He should get a new trial.
Everybody hold up: If this is true-it SHOULD be a retrial (I hate that I am typing this, btw).
“The filing states that the Clerk of Court, Rebecca “Becky” Hill, “tampered with the jury by advising them not to believe Murdaugh’s testimony and other evidence presented by the defense, pressuring them to reach a quick guilty verdict, and even misrepresenting critical and material information to the trial judge in her campaign to remove a juror she believed to be favorable to the defense.”
“Ms. Hill did these things to secure for herself a book deal and media appearances that would not happen in the event of a mistrial. Ms. Hill betrayed her oath of office for money and fame. Once these 2 facts are proven, the law does not allow the Court any discretion about how to respond. It must grant a new trial,” the motion says.”-this is from CNN.
And Becky Hill does indeed already have a book out😳🙄🤯.
Folks seem to think that a Court Clerk is like a receptionist or something-nope. It’s an important job, actually, and if she misused her authority, it is a big deal.
And if she did, I would really like five minutes alone with her for this.
Thank you! People just don’t understand how important this is to every United Citizen. If she indeed did what she is accused of & he doesn’t get a new trial, our entire judicial system falls apart.
This is so much bigger than Alex Murdaugh, it’s about the 6th amendment of our constitution.

It’s a shame that people can’t do their jobs correctly without the all mighty dollar leading them astray…Especially when they are sworn to uphold the law and she’s playing with other people’s lives…she’s has now gotten everyone of those jurors in trouble for not reporting what she done…Here again is proof the The Love of Money is the Root of All Evil
@@Harley57 AMEN…It affects every single one of us…doesn’t matter what the crime is…it affects us all
The amount of comments completely dismissing the fact that he potentially had an unfair trial is scary.
I personally believe he did it, and should be in jail, but he absolutely deserves a fair trial.
And if they find that the clerk did in fact do what is alleged she should be in jail too.
💯!!!!!
Regardless of if this is true, it doesn't change the facts, the facts that those defence lawyers gave us. All of which proved Alex is guilty. Retry him, it'll make no difference, the evidence stays the same.
If the clerk did wrong, he is entitled to a new trial, no matter if we like him or not. To be denied a new trial, is denying his constitutional rights. If we let that happen, our entire judicial system will crumble.
Exactly!! Thank you! The folk fighting for a retrial are working for these sleazy lawyers or are in the drug business with Alex.
If your Constitutional rights are violated, the system has a duty under the law to right that wrong and hold those accountable regardless of their position. The Courts uphold the law regardless of any alleged "facts."
I still think the wife and son where killed as retaliation for something in his past... payback served for past actions.. and Alex Murdoch knows who did it.
Have they brought charges against Rebecca Hill or fired her?
Read the news, Sammy.
How is he paying them????
Unbelievable probely do it himself being the lawyer that he is poor judge Newman 😢
From the money he was stealing from his insurance company.
Even with a new trial… the facts don’t change. He is still guilty.

If this is in fact the truth then the sentence needs to immediately be overturned & this man released until the next trial date is set. Any form of jury tampering is agains the constitutional rights of any person. I think this man is a complete slug of a human, however, he has the same rights as any other citizen in the USA.
Yeah, prolly not a good idea to release him.
That clerk is gonna lose all of her money from the sale of her “book” in the pending lawsuit.
I'm wondering if, Rebecca Hill, has tampered with other jurors on different cases??? This might not be her first rodeo but never heard of a, clerk of a court, doing this. I worked for years in the criminal court justice center in Dallas County and this just doesn't happen. FROM TEXAS
Please don’t believe his attorneys they are going to be disbarred pretty soon and will regret ever try to help him.
Just replay the trial to 12 new jurors. same outcome. the trial itself was flawless.
That's not how it works.
A lot of doors slammed in your face because your clearly lying. You found a jury member to pay off. You even say “if it’s found in the best light of the defense, doesn’t matter if it’s found to be true” smh lying through your teeth
Wouldn’t be surprised if those jurors were paid off or threatened by the Murdaugh family. That would be status quo for what they have done for years
These old guys totally blew any chance they had to get Murdaugh off. The telephone evidence and other pieces of evidence were completely out of their comprehension. It nails him. Just like all narcissists they can’t imagine ordinary people having the right to judge rich people as a peer and so they will grasp at more straws.

IF this is true, there should be a retrial.
Just cos you're rich the laws still apply. Innocent men don't lie.
Amazing how some will defend bad behaviour. Everyone deserves a fair trial. 6 jurors have said it probably wasn't fair in SWORN affidavits.
The clerk had a book coming about him being guilty, if he wasn't she stood to lose a fortune.
Even law and crime talking heads are saying this will be thrown out
Did u watch the trial and see all the evidence against him? They didnt find the guns but im pretty sure the jail call with Buster asking him he wanted to hunt the land because the feeders were full and then he said no and Alex said ok Jim will was his way of making sure the guns would disappear
wth six jurors saying probably not a fair trial
No, you are wrong. They didn't even talk to 6 Jurors. They only talked to 3, and only 2 made statements. Some of the other affidavits were NOT jurors. The rest of the jurors told them to get lost and closed the door.
@@RMBlake007 thanks for accurate information
This appeal is not gonna change the fact that he killed his son and wife. If he ends up getting away with these crimes then in all seriousness we as the people really need to press the integrity of The United States Justice System
What are you talking about? If these allegations are true, the clerk's integrity is in question already. Integrity of the whole system is too about greater issues/crimes than an obvious killer, and seemingly beyond repair. If what I hear/read/watch is true it sounds like some major cities in the country have turned into a violent free for all.

Everyone deserves a fair trial ..it still doesnt change the fact , that defense attorneys are the lowest forms of life. What about the victims ?
prosecutors are way worse. Think of all the people from marginalized communities who have been railroaded and wrongly charged. Defense attorneys are the only thing standing between the might and near unlimited resources of the state and us when we're accused by them.
If you are ever charged with a crime, rightfully or wrongly, you will be dang glad to have one. They are doing a job that is necessary for all of us to have fair trials. Some prosecutors are scum. Some defense attorneys are really great people.
Want to see the effects of having no defense attorneys? Look at “justice” in Iran or North Korea. Be very careful what you wish for.
Everyone deserves a fair trial. Everyone.
Hopefully, the death penalty will be on the table. He was beyond guilty. I watched the entire trial.
I had a gut feeling that something fishy was going on with this case.
The defense attorney witnessed it at the time and didn’t say anything?
