I agree it's more fun to fly solo and light. I've gone back to flying the C172. It's more comfortable and capable with a passenger. I would never own a 162. But it's fun to rent once in a while when flying solo.
@@CiscoMedia76 for a cheap short range commuter, it’s a fantastic little plane. Cost of ownership is low, it sips fuel, and it’s more capable than most think. It depends on your mission, though, if you travel with a passenger or any longer distance, it’s not the right plane.
@@kraljpetar4677 Yeah. It flies like the 172, if you've flown that. There is a difference in power between the two, so depending on your weight and the total load, handling may be a bit different. But it's a fun plane to fly. I am 5'11" and the 162 was a bit cramped for me.
Beautiful little aircraft, and that sure looked like a lot of fun...
Indications are that you are flying in Florida. I want to tryout this aircraft, where is it located?
Gopro settings?
the 162 still cant recover properly from a spin?
Be mindful of the useful load, it’s less than 500 lbs. You and those full tanks are pretty much there. I own one, it’s much more fun when it’s light.

Problems with the doorlocks, inadequate heating, only 224 built in China therefore poor spare parts supply and too expensive. A flop from Cessna
