- Ah, the chocolate bourbon! One of the most popular biscuits in the UK. Essentially 2 chocolate biscuits, wedged between a chocolate cream. A friend had quite the craving on Twitter, so we take a road trip to make it reality!

Your weather is the same as what I'm experiencing here in Washington state USA. I've lived here 2 yrs and haven't seen any warm days. I guess I could live in the UK and be very content, except I don't know the language. That biscuit looks delicious, I found them on Amazon and just ordered some.

I don't think Bourbons have a buttercream filling, it's more of a fondant but other than that, pretty impressive!

s a tip for next time you do giant cookies aka biscuits, use the tray and parchment to flatten the dough , then use the first tray with the dough to flatten the first , seems silly but it works . helps to makes them even .
That's so nice you got to deliver it to him in person he must do well that's a bigger home I know it's very costly to live there all over England because I was looking for homes for a molding job. That look so yummy I wanted to try it too.

I think he was testing it to make sure it turned out right, so he wouldn't waste 2 at a time if they burned or were too soft.

Ugh, I'll take English weather any day over what we get here in Kentucky! Today the actual temp is 92°F. But we have super high humidity which makes it feel like it's over 100°. It's just nasty heat and dangerous for some.

Hello Barry. I like that you started the video by being in my favourite supermarket aisle. Here's a thought: how about making some 'Cheeky Bourbons' - they're the same as normal ones, only they have Bourbon Whiskey in the cream filling. I'm sure you'd find a way of doing this. I know that a lot of people who like sweet things would like them, too. I don't like sweet things, but seeing you with the biscuits in the booze aisle connected a set of mental dots.
