You’re lucky , as a 3 year old until I was 5 or 6, I never got past surface 2 l, then as I got older around 8 or 9 I got to control but couldn’t keep Natalia from dying lol. Finally beat it today at age 25
@@leeroyjenkins6061 ay man! It was easy for you and others. going across that bridge gave me huge amounts of anxiety. That was until i found out that it was a armor pack behind the building
The fact that the final sequence takes place on a tiny platform above literal nothingness made this fight so iconic. You felt scared jumping down to that platform with such a small margin of error. Games aren't made the same way in todays time.
This was very well done and it’s clear you’re very skilled with this game. However, word of the wise to the folks who ain’t too skilled (like me): to beat this finale mission, after Trevelyan runs out of the drone/computer room and you’ve destroyed the computer, don’t follow him through that door and get into the little shooting competition with him running back and forth like what's done here. Instead, back out of that drone/computer room and go down to that bottom level Trev is on by going into that other compartment room and out of it, down the stairs. Sneak up on him while he’s still standing there, waiting for you. Put up the crossheirs, and start blasting. He freaks out and blows himself up with a grenade…every time.
@@namelessxdread Unfortunately, no. The best way I could visually describe it is after you shoot Trevelyn out of the room at 0:51 in this video and destroy the computer/drones in that room, don't mess with following him. Instead, turn around and go through the other cradle shown at 1:28 in this video. Go down the steps to the bottom platform, and run over to Trev, using the right platform walkway while he's sitting there (waiting for you to come out of that first drone/computer cradle). He'll still be in the position he's in at 1:11. Slow down on that platform walkway when you get close. Once he becomes visible, stop, put up your crosshairs, and just blast away. You'll either kill him because the shot was so easy and clear, or you'll hit him and make him blow himself up because he freaks out.
Would love an explanation as to how to make enemies have absolute potato aim, and how you shoot him once he runs and I shot him with 4 mags and he just stands there and kills me
If I can manage it on my own, I let you know how it works. No idea if he used auto-aim, but in the Control Center, when I had to cover Natalya, while she was busy with hacking the system, auto-aiming was also useless.
I think the music for this board got my attention when I first started playing but what I hated about this board was Trevelyan definitely gave you a run for your money... I hated a boss that ran alot...
27 years later I still never beat this board to watch somebody beat it in under 3 mins is bittersweet.. That music towards end of the board when it speeds up still haunts me to this day 😫😂
“For England James?”
“No, For Me”
That very last part where you drop down to the platform was always the hardestd for me when i was a kid

I recognize the skills.
My childhood
That was a very satisfying end. It’s hardly ever that clean.
My favorite mission

Do you have a video of this strategy?

I’m convinced this game is like one of those arcade claw games… programmed to only let you win after 100 losses
@@xxxdylanstonexxx Haha, I only had that issue with a couple levels. This game was fairly easy to beat, but other N64 games, not so much.

Isn’t auto aim enabled by default?
Hate to Trevelyan from France.
