What I am wondering is my mother has always said that people who love music will take care of each other. I don't know if that's true or not so I'm wondering if there's a way I can get my piano fixed maybe tuned get it going again or is there a way I can trade it in or would someone be kind enough to help me get hit another piano because I am at the moment can I afford one. Because I am taking care of both of my parents my dad is 59 my mom is 68 I am trying to keep my family at float my mom and my dad have made up for me losing my very expensive piano by giving me guitars and other instruments but when I asked you could sit there for once and not be stressing could actually play My Piano the way it was meant to play it was it was like a whole new horizon when I finally loosened up and I sat there and that lawyers house and he was just listening I didn't even know he was listening and I finally start playing I got into the music I was playing I blew him away enough that he said I want to listen to mr. Ford play because he has some talent that I have never heard in my life he reminds me of a small Picasso and he reminds me of Mozart he goes I have never heard anyone and my 75 years of traveling the world I've never heard anyone play piano like he does now I don't play piano like everybody normal I can't read sheet music I have really high function dyslexia OCD and high function as workers I play by ear because that's how I was taught I taught myself how to play
You know I grew up with having pianos in my life my mom had a beautiful beautiful piano that set up against the wall that I loved it was always in tune it was that kind of baby royal blue with the green felt when I got older I convince my mom that I was going to buy a Baby baby grand piano and it took me five years I found a random church that was going out business they had a baby grand piano that was not in the best condition it was never to indoors it was a very abused to piano so I got it to my house after finding out stuff in my mom helping out with some the paperwork and all that stuff we got it into the house and is I was about to physically get it tuned and physically get it tuned cuz I play by ear I play by ear I don't play sheet music I don't lead sheet music or play sheet music I play by ear and I've been told that I am like a Picasso when it comes to piano. So is that I'm about to get this fixed and tuned my dad at the time this is about 2008-2010 my dad goes into the hospital for a major surgeries this piano went to my parents house and my younger brother broke one of the legs on it and messed up the keys again this piano was never too old so my mom invites me one night is I'm upset because of my piano to go to a friend's house Two Goats with her to a friend's house so I do and is I am sitting there I noticed that they have a sound weight they have a baby grand or full concert stone weight a very beautiful Stan white piano is what I'm noticing as I walk into their house I'm sitting there and I'm born away and is me being the kind of the shy when I do you play it do not play it cuz I've been at locations where there's piano tonight it's nice we have been kicked out because I buy a piano like at hotels and stuff about two minutes into this piano I'm listening to this lawyer talk about how he loves music and he's teaching me about music from the you know the second war and all the stuff and he goes can you play I said actually I can so he goes okay so I play a couple different music and he sits over and he wins over it looks at my mother and it gets and he walks over now I'm 27 I was I was 26 when he walked over he says to me he says scuse me Parker because I have a question for you I say to him okay what is it he says where did you learn to play so beautiful he was like knows that you're not listening to any music sheets but you're listening to music on your phone and you got you know what concert headphones I said I've learned just kind of tinkering with pianos over the years different places I've traveled this very impressed lawyer who was retiring he said to me he goes you have someone who wants to give you a Steinway piano he goes you should take it and this man gave me so much hope and the other piano will the guy that I had the piano that I was buying I went there paid for the piano and he actually sold the piano under me and never gave me a refund now I paid $150 for the piano I was buying from him I lost all of it still have a broken piano at my house for my brother broke it and never fixed it my mom bought me a small keyboard but it wasn't the same and the way I play piano when I finally get into it and I'm and I start warming up I have fizzy we've had full grown adult to play piano for a 60 50 22 years 5 years come up and go oh my goodness where did you learn to play like that
