Loved Bamboo hill when I lived there. The guy always used to give me things to try when I was a kid and went in with my mom or dad. Still never had a special fried rice as good as theirs.
Hi Phil enjoyed looking around Wednesbury I remember the old Market around the clock area it was very popular and Carl's Chippy as always been good and Merry Christmas Phill looking forward to more videos all the best Paul
I remember the ski slope but it got demolished when I was a kid. Patrick's or tat's nightclub was next to the car park during the 80s, I think it's what used to be the restaurant . The antique shop on Walsall street was Evans' antiques, I went to school with his son.

The Chinese takeaway used to be called the Bamboo Hill. I think it opened back in the mid 70s.

Thanks Helen appreciate your support. If you have a request of a local area to film then I will add it to the list. All the best
Carls chippy is still ok, Wednesbury is gloomy of a night time but its still a good place to live.
Thank you for your video walkabouts.
Many thanks ML, Its just those shuttered shops at night that give it a bit of a ghetto vibe.
