Beautifully said! K&J transport us from any worries to a blissful escape. How lovely was the town and little store! I love how you romanticise locations but also share the history. It was a delightful distraction to a charming village whilst recovering from surgery. Thank you xx
I think the reason people comment on you as a couple is because you treat each other with respect and loving kindness. It is so rare these days. Blessings!🎄❤️🎄
Came across this by accident but a delightful one. Thank you to two lovely people who enjoy and appreciate each others company. It was great to see Haworth through your eyes. It's the next best thing if we can't be there ourselves. You are so laid back which enables others to relax and enjoy your adventures with you. I wish you many more and Happy Christmas to you both. ❤
@cynthiagawin2991 Not so true that it's rare. And several million couples would also disagree with you about it's rare that couple care and respect each other, let alone are still in love with other. There's zero reasons to ever say such a thing that you say it's rare that couples respect each other. Apparently, you haven't met many couples to know that. It's just a couple showing their town, not a "How to love and respect your spouse" video. 😂😂😂. Some people should never comment about something that has nothing to do with a video. Lol 😂
@hintex487 No, it's not rare. There's so many couples just like these two. Too bad her comment made it sound like this is the only couple that love and respect each other. Too many people make false assumptions from a video that has nothing to do with the video. Lol 😂
@@JMarieCAlove I agree with you. It was a silly observation and comment . I feel sorry for the people who made it, as they must be living a very sad life. Imagine feeling that there is so little trust, gentleness, love and respect between couples these days? We know many people, who are the same as this very ordinary married pair. There are millions around the World, who love each other as they do, and it's wonderful. Why marry, or be with a partner, without that deep love and respect? I met my husband 40 years ago, when we were 19, in Church. It was 'love at first sight' for us ( though I'd never believed in it) I looked into the kindest, gentlest eyes I'd ever seen and thought "I'm going to marry him". We've been together, ever since. Married for 34 years ,with 2 wonderful sons. He's my rock, best friend and my soulmate. We're blessed, that's true. We're very much in love with each other, and I pray we will grow old together. It saddens my heart, to think that some people never experience this depth of love.
These are two people that you can rely on to bring us the best of the English countryside. I can't think of a more relaxing way to enjoy a winter's evening.
It’s as if the two of you are out of a storybook brought to life as characters in a fairytale of the beautiful lands and architecture that surrounds you. I could definitely see a children’s book with the both of you as main characters. Such a lovely couple that brings joy to those of us all around the world with your gentle souls. 🎄✨
This was wonderful. I live in West Yorkshire and have been to Haworth many times. The wildness and rough terrain of the moors would have provided inspiration to the Brontë sisters when writing their novels. Wind and rain add to the atmosphere and history surrounding the village. But I have been there when it’s warm and sunny and bursting with pretty flowers everywhere. I’m so pleased that you like this part of Yorkshire and you braved the weather in God’s own county. And what about Haworth’s lovely station and the steam train. Doesn’t get better than that! Thank you both for sharing ❤❤
Wow!!! You looked at the very landscape the Bronte sisters saw and walked, amazing! The village was quaint, frozen in time. Thanks for braving the elements for us!
An absolutely charming video. These two German tourists really appreciate how magical Howarth can be. At such a depressing time in our country this video is much appreciated. Thank the Lord some traditional places still survive!

I love you guys!! You make me so happy because in this crazy world you found each other. You are matching bookends meant to hold your life together. Much love from America.🇺🇸❤️❤️
Kirsten and Joerg, thank you for another British adventure, absolutely love your videos and look forward to each and every one! Hope your kitchen renovation is going well, cannot wait to see your finished build! Watching from Tennessee, USA.
Dear Kirsten and Joerg, I wanted to share that I visited the beautiful village of Haworth on October 21, 2022, with my wife. We explored its charming streets, admired its picturesque spots, and even visited the stunning Wuthering Heights area, where Emily Brontë found inspiration for her famous novel. The waterfalls and landscapes were simply breathtaking. Your video truly stirred up my emotions and brought back fond memories of that unforgettable trip. Thank you once again for creating such delightful and inspiring content. Keep up the great work! Best regards,
I don't know what we would do without you two on here. You have to be two of the kindest sweetest people on here. You should have your own tv show. Thank you for a beautiful treat. I miss UK very much.❤❤. Will you be going to Chatsworth House to see the Christmas Spirit?
What a great idea if they had their own travel show! Exactly as their videos are now--such a refreshing change from the garbage on the telly these days. These two actually lift up ones spirit!
This was so beautifully magical. I really needed it. Things in the US are chaotic to me so jumping right into the holiday season in England seems imminently appropriate. Everything was simply enchanting.

You two are so wonderful in showing us the beautiful, romantic English countryside!❤ Your enthusiasm is contagious. I can’t wait for your next video! Thanks for sharing with us!
OMG OMG!! This is my dream trip! I would love to see the Brontë home!! These women were GENIUSES.. and Branwell was too!!! I’m so glad that you shared the information about the sanitation at the time. It was believed that it played a big part as n the deaths on Emily and Anne. I’m so happy that you shared this journey with us! Thank you so much!!
We are so happy you like it! The Brontë did have clean water at the parsonage (there were only two houses in Haworth with clean spring water and the parsonage was one of them). Tragically the famous Brontë sisters died of tuberculosis and sadly penicillin wasn't discovered then.
It’s such a beautiful village but my heart is always so heavy when I see where the Brontes lived , knowing they died so young and their father was left alone.
Gosh this was great!!! Rain = Bronte, sunshine = Austen, more rain = Dickens! Got it! 😅 Thank you for the lovely tour! Kirstin you forgot to get a mushroom! Can’t wait for your decorating video.

😊😊Thank-you for filming the swags on the window, the beautiful shop window displays and for telling us about the life expectancy and the conditions at the time of the Brontes. We live in such fortunate times
Your videos are making me want to visit the UK. The town is beautiful and the atmosphere is magical. I can’t imagine how wonderful will be spent Christmas time there.
Many of my Ancestors were living in Howarth at the same time as the Brontës and are buried in the churchyard. Their father the Rev. Patrick Brontë officiated at many of my ancestors baptisms, marriages and burials and his signature appears on many of our family church documents. Howarth is a magical place , growing up I lived a few miles away and have visited many many times. One of my favourite places on the planet .
The short life is 24 years. But I like that this place has not been lost for centuries. Once they just started to populate it and build houses, and choosing this place people were happy. Then there were dark times, difficult times, now again a place to visit. This is life!
My favourite place in England during Christmas is Broadway in the Cotswolds as the whole place is lit up. Also Blenheim palace has the best decorations I’ve seen anywhere.
We absolutely LOVE Broadway, have been several times and also filmed there during the festive season. So lovely! Sadly Blenheim is not our favourite place though.
Вам достался чудесный подарок из волшебного магазина - и приятный, и интересный и с приятным запахом, который можно "вкушать" дома, зажигая холодным уютным вечером дома эту свечу
We need more shops like The Cabinet of Curiosities. I could spend hours in it. And I almost feel the smell of candles and those wonderful books with gilded pages... Stunning! The churchyard looks so peaceful and quiet and it really takes you back in time. Spooky tours would fit perfectly during this colder months of the year. Music was perfectly selected, as always and your outfits are spot on. Thank you for another lovely tour. ☺
So so glad you like it - the shop was one of my favourites ever, it's so special and beautiful. Haworth is definitely a very special place and the church at dawn with its gorgeous windows was wonderful.

@@KirstenJoerg I did a little rummage around on the googler and yes Marie Wiik did live there about 2 years ago . The wonderful people of Haworth welcomed her with open arms . I especially loved her night time walk through the town with all the Christmas lights on and decorations galore . Thank you for reminding of the beauty of Haworth ! Cherryl from Canada
Such an interesting Village and lovely to see the Church in which my 6th Great Grandparents were married in, really brings things to life, they were lucky lived to their mid 70's.
Oh my, Kirsten, you could open a travel agency! You and Joerg have visited so many wonderful places and have researched the information on the places. Just fabulous!❤
A beautiful video of Haworth. Thank you both for showing the small shops especially the best Christmas dressed windows possibly in the UK? The food looks very good quality. Traditional items as gifts. 🇬🇧
My uncle had a shop in Haworth in the 90s. I spent many happy times in that part of the world as a child and as a huge Brontë fan I always felt such loss and grief whenever around the graveyard and parsonage. I really need to return there someday ❤
Kirsten & Joerg - thank you so very much for taking me along to such a magical place so far from my home. Your vlogs are so wonderful that at the end, I actually feel as if I have traveled with dear friends. You both are truly spreading joy all over the world.
So charming everywhere!!! You both dressed very festive 🎄 Oh how charming England is for the holidays. Thanks, for sharing. Hope your Kitchen is coming together soon ❤️
I can hear you clearly Kristen. Everyone is so happy that they're just talking loud. They're excited. They cannot contain themselves. The holidays do that to people. And good friends and family. That's the special gift life gives us.❤
I'm so glad you could hear me! It wouldn't have been possible with the 6 guys who were shouting lol. Oh we couldn't agree more, the villagers told us that Haworth blossomed after Covid and lockdown which is lovely to hear especially because of all the independent shops.
Lovely village. Beautiful church. Sad history. The shops look interesting. I'd love to visit. I love the old buildings. The train was awesome. I loved every minute of this video. Thank you so much!!🥰❤️
🎄Haworth, the Brontës, Kirsten and Jörg,.... a perfect way to spend a Wednesday afternoon.
This is so wonderful to hear!
Oh my, Kirsten, you could open a travel agency! You and Joerg have visited so many wonderful places and have researched the information on the places. Just fabulous!❤
How very kind of you, thank you so much!
A beautiful video of Haworth. Thank you both for showing the small shops especially the best Christmas dressed windows possibly in the UK? The food looks very good quality. Traditional items as gifts. 🇬🇧
Joerg is a treasure, Kirsten is a gem.Thank you for your wonderful videos. Cannot tell you that enough.
Wow, thank you!
My uncle had a shop in Haworth in the 90s. I spent many happy times in that part of the world as a child and as a huge Brontë fan I always felt such loss and grief whenever around the graveyard and parsonage. I really need to return there someday ❤
Oh that's a very special memory! That's very true, you really feel sad but somehow you can also feel their presence.
Kirsten & Joerg - thank you so very much for taking me along to such a magical place so far from my home. Your vlogs are so wonderful that at the end, I actually feel as if I have traveled with dear friends. You both are truly spreading joy all over the world.
Thank you so much for your kind words!
So charming everywhere!!! You both dressed very festive 🎄 Oh how charming England is for the holidays. Thanks, for sharing.
Hope your Kitchen is coming together soon ❤️
That "Ye Sleeping House Bed and Breakfast" looks so inviting to me, and the sign says "Vacancies." I'll be right over.
Your capacity to excel in multiple pursuits is truly inspiring, as evidenced by the seamless balance between your kitchen renovation last week, and your latest release today, is a testament to your creativity, truly a standout! Warmest regards and much love to you, beloved friends. xox (Susan)
Thank you so much for your kindness Susan!
I love Peace and Soothing Sound of Church Bell.
Thank you sooo much for that magical trip in Bronte country😍 , your video is absolutely gorgeous...I mean 2 lovely people in such a lovely place, that's a real gift... 💝
Thank you so much!
Just found you! How delightful, magical and endearing.
Thank you so much!
It's so beautiful and cozy, but as you said, we romanticize things. Life wasn't so beautiful and cozy back then at all ! Thank you for the tour ! Enjoyed it so much.
You are so welcome!
Yes, we must remember at what cost that we are even able to see the gift of now and what we do NOT want.
❤ Gail here from Chicago Illinois in the USA 🇺🇸. Just found your channel. What a lovely couple. I love how absolutely wonderfully the both of you speak. It is so calming the tone of voice you both use. Its a loud noisy mind scrambling screaming world today ! You two send peace and tranquility thru your channel. It is a blessing the Lord led me to your channel while scrolling. Thank you so much. I see me visiting in evenings to set the tone for calm before turning in at night. Many blessings sent to you both and all your followers. ❤ 🙌
That's so very kind, thank you so much!

Yes, they keep the fragrance and customers can test whether they like the scent.
Thank you for braving the rain and cold for us! We appreciate it so much. ❤
We are so happy you like it and we are really happy we took the walk, it was refreshing despite the rain and cold.
Hello Kirsten and Joerg! How wonderful to find you in one of my favorite parts of England. You’ve certainly sparked my Christmas spirit. Thank you for making the effort to show us the Brontë Bridge and waterfall. I hope you’re home now, warm and toasty, eating cake and drinking tea! Be well! ❤ Robi
Haworth is where I was born and brought up. Not been back for quite a few years now. Spent many a night in the Fleece, Black Bull, White lion, and the sun inn.
What a beautiful village, but with a sad history behind it. Thanks for another lovely video. ❤
I have been a member of the Bronte Society for years, thank you for this wonderful video! Great to see Haworth again!
Loved the end of the video, sat in the car talking, I noticed Kirsten holding on to hubby's arm.. lovely.
Thanks so much!
What a lovely place. I love the cemetery. It is a time capsule. Poor Joerg needs a nap. Beautiful.
So glad you like it! Oh no, he didn't need it but we both have been working extra hard these past months and any chance to have a little nap is welcomed.
Puts you in the Christmas spirit. 🌲🌲🌲🌲☃️❄️🌟
Of course I loved this posting from Haworth but wanted to highlight the music you selected as it is perfect. Thank you for bringing such beauty into our lives. 💕 from Canada 🇨🇦 excited to have your Christmas decorations video coming up soon 🙏🥰🙏🥰

Yes! I too have so much more perspective seeing all these vlogs through their Hearts and eyes!
❤🎉❤
Thank you both so much for braving the weather and taking me on your walk!! I felt the chill with you. I love Yorkshire and can't wait to get back myself. ❤❤
The rain at the end was SO atmospheric, and so very, very Brontë! It wouldn’t have been as gorgeous looking without the rain. Thank you for letting us share in your trip!
We really thought so too and we are so happy we took the walk!
Haworth is definitely on my bucket list, not just because of it's quintessential English charm but because of the Brontes. Thank you for bringing it to us, especially at Christmas time.❤
It’s so so worth visiting, you would love it!
@KirstenJoerg i know ai would!
