My library is Awesome. I have the Libby, kanopy and Hoopla apps on my phone & use them all the time. We even get free use of Mango to learn languages.
And lots of free classes are offered to Universal Class. My favorite thing is to get audio books and play them as I pick up around the house or do exercises.❤
My cellular plan includes a bundle of Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ at no extra charge. Having those and free options keep me pretty well entertained without extra spending.
I'm the VPN queen! I've watched more Tours de France for free. The only catch is it's in French, no problem for moi lol.

Love Libby and Chirp. Chirp isn't free, but it is inexpensive. And usually carries entire series that Libby often doesn't.

Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu recognize I am using a VPN so I can’t watch content from other countries. Any VPN recommendations? I currently use Surf Shark.
You can always sail the seven seas, as long as you use a VPN, and only go to the most top tier sites.
If you have any other tips on budget friendly audiobook listening that would be greatly appreciated. Libby is only as good as your local libraries selection.
@MidnightBaker If you live in a county with libraries that don't carry Hoopla and/or Kanopy, contact libraries in larger, nearby cities to see if they offer a library card for a minimal yearly fee to use for their digital services. I pay $20 a year for a nearby city library card so I can use their digital services that happen to include Hoopla and Kanopy. Hoopla has audiobooks, ebooks, movies, documentaries, and shows. This is well worth a $20 or $30 fee. Some big libraries charge a fee that is too high for my budget.

Glad I have two friends who run private Plex servers and take requests to get shows/movies/etc. so my content consumption is easy/free--granted it mostly is anyway with the sizable chunk that is educational YT.
