Your What I Eat in a Day videos are great because we get to see you prepping your dishes. I really like those. Maybe you could make a video discussing which types of workouts you find work best with your plant based/ vegan lifestyle. Maybe a video of your favorite plant based protein sources…?
YES PLEASE MORE WHAT I EAT IN A DAY/WEEK VIDEOS. Also you can do what I snacked on in a week videos, because I feel like as a vegan we are big on snacking but a lot of these types of videos only show main meals.
Wow, the glasses suit you a lot, I really love the look! I can also relate a lot to the changes you've made - balance is key both for the body and the mind!
literally girl love you and the whole inspo you keep providing me I would love for you to share more about your journey writing your cookbook which I can't wait to get my hands on :3 you are such a motivation for me to continue sharing my own plant based recipes on my UA-cam channel and share them with others, so whatever you choose to share whether be it more vlog style or what I eat in a days they are always so comforting and relaxing to watch
Vlogz, recipes, fashion haul, furniture/office goods hauls, or even videos of your cat!! I love how you found peace for yourself in your day-to-day living. I hope to get to that point eventually, and it makes it seem more attainable when I see other people with it. I'm in my being healthy and find peace era 😭Thanks for putting me on matcha❤
I really enjoyed this type of video. You have a really balanced outlook with food. It helps to see this in contrast to the too often restrictive daily eats of other content creators. Also that salad combo sounds so good!
agree, it is so hard to find creators that are not correlating their bodies as how they eat, showing that if you eat like them you will be like them that is another reason why I love sharing my messy what I eat in a week as a busy college student, because in the end we all are trying our best
I miss the long videos and would love to see more, especially high protein what I eat in a day with recipes included, and of course you know we all love your matcha videos!
I really like seeing how you manage your time, and film videos/edit. Something about productivity maybe or how to manage your money as a self employed person
Thank you so much as always, Cambria, for the lovely recipes and videos!!🥰 my favorite dessert/treat for my birthday is ALWAYS vanilla cake with raspberry filling 😍💕
So glad to have you back with regular videos ❤️ unpopular opinion but I neither like matcha nor shorts so this is making me really happy rn 😅personally I love the What I eat videos and vlogs and would also really like to see more q&as, mukbangs/chatty videos! Also so refreshing to have you talk about your diet change in such a mindful healthy way and although of course you deserve support no matter what feels best for your body I’m relieved you’re still all vegan ❤️ Looking forward to future content! And congrats on the cookbook success :)
I've never tried drinking matcha, but I've shared some matcha pancake recipes on my UA-cam channel here and there, and I don't really mind it, but I would love to try a matcha drink soonish
More lunch/dinner/breakfast/snack idea videos! Perhaps a video with meals that feels more like "spring". Also more what i eat in a days! Vlogs! I love your videos and meal ideas xx
Def interested in more high protein vegan meal content! I’m in my lifting girl era 💪🏽 and I’ve struggled so much to hit the macros recommended for me. Not trying to fret too much about it, but more just baffled on how I can squeeze as much in to stay satiated. Also trying to lean more into how I feel after the meals I eat and really notice a shift with working more protein in.
I would also love some more protein vegan meals I've been on my tofu era right now so I would love to get some inspo to increase my protein intake I love sharing my own recipes and what I eat in a days in my own UA-cam channel but I do love getting some ideas on how to better improve my overall nutrition
hi remy, i would love to see sustainable fashion hauls and where you get your clothes! your aesthetic is my favorite out of any content creator, but i have a hard time figuring out where your outfits are from! please post outfit details! thank you
defo, lately I've been in my tofu era and I would love to know more recipes, as a content creator myself I love experimenting in the kitchen and sharing my vegan recipes, but getting inspiration from others is always great@@kecrn4132
I'm happy to hear you're in your "protein era". 😅 For me personally, I need protein in a meal to feel full for longer. That's why oat porridge never really works for me, unless I add protein powder.
Hey, please give us some content on your workout routine over the week 🤩 Do you lift weights everyday? Do you mix other forms of workout? Please give us some inspo on that, trying to enter my fit girl era 💪
hi, great video! :) I've been vegan 10 years and working out regularly (gym, cardio, other sports) for about 8 of those. I've tried a great variety of levels of protein in my diet (from super high to rather low in a McDougall style WFPB diet) and also went through a phase where I used a lot of protein powder (i could never drink the shakes so i used it to bake instead). I have kept track of my performance and muscle growth/maintenance during these phases and really found no difference attributable to the protein. i ended up concluding that eating enough food and training hard are what matter- the proportion of protein did not make a difference. Of course i was never deliberately restricting protein and ate a variety of whole foods and plenty of lentils and beans so my level never went very low. Since about 3 years now I've completely stopped thinking about macros or calories, and my muscle mass is about the same (at least visually). Of course my experience may differ from yours, but if you dislike the taste of protein powders you may want to experiment a bit and/or make a critical inquiry about how much they are truly helping you. All the best ❤😊
Remy, please don't take this the wrong way, my favorite part of this video was seeing Sesame in the background while you were eating your Oreos. I haven't seen him in awhile but was afraid to ask in case something had happened. I'm interested to see how you like this protein powder. I gave up on them in general years ago because I couldn't find one that didn't mess up my stomach, but I have a few long flights coming up this year, and I can only pack so much food. As far as videos go, I'd love to see more BTS stuff from writing/photographing your cookbook. Or an updated haircare/skin/makeup video. Maybe a "do yoga with me"-type thing if you're comfortable.
My favourite protein is macro mike, but it takes a while to ship because its from Australia. My fav US-based protein powder brands are nufyx, truvani, vivolife (UK based but US warehouse) and sprout living!
Remy, the vegan protein powders from Buff Chick Supplements are the best I've ever tried. They blend beautifully and they're 30 grams of protein per serving. The Birthday Cake flavor is my favorite, it just tastes like vanilla.
How much protein are you aiming for per day? I've been vegan for over a decade and protein has never been an issue for me so I may be able to share some tips/tricks(and I don't use protein powder/bars etc.)
you can defo get enough protein from a vegan lifestyle, however some people struggle to eat vegan and that is okay, not all bodies are gonna be able to adapt I've had a few friends that have tried, but the bloating was too much or it just didn't fit into their life whatever the reason you don't have to be fully vegan, what I would recommend is doing sauces with tofu or beans to increase the protein in pasta dishes or rice dishes and always think on how can I add more nutrition to this meal, instead of what I can take away seitan is a great source of protein, and if you have the time to do it at home you can do a big batch and it is much cheaper, a cheaper alternative is tofu or beans you can also use the vegan meats that are out there to help you with that, they make the transition much easier for most people and if you need some inspo I do some UA-cam videos where I share what I eat in a week, showing simple + easy recipes as I am a busy college student studying abroad with barely no time to cook
I use tofu/tempeh and any type of legumes, like lentils, beans, chickpeas :) and I use pea milk for my overnight oats instead of oatmilk. But you can also use soy milk for instance :) I just fry the tofu and add it as a side or directly to the meals. And i blend the beans into sauces like tomato-sauce for noodles. Or i just throw a handful of chickpeas into my meals :)
I actually want to see you make a matcha cinnamon roll. I just had one yesterday from a vegan cinnamon roll store called “Have A Roll”. I really recommend it if you ever visit Belgium or the Netherlands. It was genuinely one of the best things I have eaten in my life. The matcha version is a special version though for only this month🫢
Hi! I checked the “only 3 ingredients” Califia oat milk on the target app, and Amazon and noticed it does contain Sunflower oil in their ingredients list. Just a heads up for anyone!
It does not contain any oils-you’re likely looking at the wrong one as califia has so many varieties of milk they offer. Happy to send you a screenshot
@@Veggiekins it might just be the websites I’m looking at don’t have the correct ingredients listing. Because you’re right, their website and label ingredients only list 3! So strange, I hope that gets corrected!
Guess you missed the entire point of the video 🙂 part of that being that what someone else eats is no one else’s business-food is so personal! I’m glad you nourish yourself the way you see fit
I finally found a protein powder that's pretty clean and free of phosphates. I use Truvani, I find at my health food store. Your pink cutting board ...🩷

that sound like a great idea, as a vegan yt vlogger I would love to have some ideas too
Love the WIEIAD videos and inspo for more vegan higher protein meals that arent just "add *insert vegan alternative meats*"
Yes!!! I can not eat the fake meats…. They are too real life for me! I can’t take it!!
defo, lately I've been in my tofu era and I would love to know more recipes, as a content creator myself I love experimenting in the kitchen and sharing my vegan recipes, but getting inspiration from others is always great@@kecrn4132
I preordered your cookbook. I don’t cook but I wanted to support you. I just subscribed to you back in January.
sameee I can't wait to get the book, I would love to try the recipes over on my youtube channel as I love trying new recipes and sharing them
That vibrant green matcha color - you know it's a great one!
It really is!
I'm happy to hear you're in your "protein era". 😅

How many wooden scoops or teaspoons do you use to make your matcha and for what amount of liquid please?
Great video…how did you make the chia pudding?? Thanks!

woah no way, i do half oat and half almond in my matcha lattes as well, never seen anyone else do that! cool 😄
Hahah love it!! It’s the best combo
5 snack ideas, same for lunch, breakfast, dessert, etc.
Do a whats in my matcha stash vid
I went vegan but found it hard to manage because I could not get enough protein into the meals. Anyone have any advice?
Google veganhealthDOTorg read almost the entire site.
I was the same. Plus all the fiber really hurt my stomach.
How much protein are you aiming for per day? I've been vegan for over a decade and protein has never been an issue for me so I may be able to share some tips/tricks(and I don't use protein powder/bars etc.)
you can defo get enough protein from a vegan lifestyle, however some people struggle to eat vegan and that is okay, not all bodies are gonna be able to adapt
I've had a few friends that have tried, but the bloating was too much or it just didn't fit into their life
whatever the reason you don't have to be fully vegan, what I would recommend is doing sauces with tofu or beans to increase the protein in pasta dishes or rice dishes
and always think on how can I add more nutrition to this meal, instead of what I can take away
seitan is a great source of protein, and if you have the time to do it at home you can do a big batch and it is much cheaper,
a cheaper alternative is tofu or beans
you can also use the vegan meats that are out there to help you with that, they make the transition much easier for most people
and if you need some inspo I do some UA-cam videos where I share what I eat in a week, showing simple + easy recipes as I am a busy college student studying abroad with barely no time to cook
I use tofu/tempeh and any type of legumes, like lentils, beans, chickpeas :) and I use pea milk for my overnight oats instead of oatmilk. But you can also use soy milk for instance :)
