@@GuineaPigStuff Have you ever seen a piggie wee blood clots? Wriggles started antibiotics today after weeing blood on Tuesday, this evening I noticed the blood was actually more like a clot similar to what you'd get with a medium-heavy period (she is desexed, no possibility of ovarian cysts). Do you think I should go back to my vet? She's had a couple of UTIs and bladder trouble since she was a young pig, I've seen her wee blood before but never clots. I'm a bit panicked.
Hi 👋🏽 I’m from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 (living in the mainland) and I love watching your series. My cat and I were considering owning a couple of piggies. But, we need to research more. Thank you for your work. 👏🏽
You take such awesome care of the piggies lucky enough to see you. Beautiful piggies. My pig Butthead died yesterday. Butthead took a huge piece of my heart with him when he died. Now what to do with poor Beavis? It was unexpected. He was fine the night before that. There are No rescues where close enough to where I live. Beavis is all alone. If anyone who reads this who cares? Can you tell me what to do? It would be much appreciated. Those two had an amazing bond. Butthead's death was so fast and unexpected. I can't believe how fast this happened. I can go to guineapigfinder.com but I'll be dealing with a breeder and no guarantee the pig I get will bond. Should I try to find a baby male pig to bond? Beavis looks so unbelievably alone in that big cage and he seems depressed as I am. Him and Butthead sometimes slept side by side in the same hidey. I have a few videos of them playing. I am so heartbroken right now, and i'm sure Beavis is too.
I am sorry that you lost Butthead. What a cute name too. For now make sure that Beavis is ok and that if it was unknown with Butthead, that this is not something Beavis will shortly come down with. Check him thoroughly for respiratory etc. Contact a rescue group that is near you, and they may keep a contact list so they can reach out. In the meantime make sure you keep Beavis near you so he does not feel alone as much as possibly until you find him a friend. If it is cold where you are, put a heat pad in with him so it can help with him snuggling at night.
@@GuineaPigStuff There aren't really any rescues near by, not within driving distance for me since I can't drive due to my disability. I take him out of the cage and hold him. I have listed to Beavis breathing to make sure it sounds normal making sure he's not sneezing or nothing, Butthead had at one time but than I took him to a vet and they gave me antibotics and for awhile it seemed like all was well. I have no idea what killed him. He was fine the night before, than the next morning he wouldn't eat and just laid in his hidey and so I knew something was wrong. I tried to give him emergency food but he wouldn't take it put up a struggle and than a shot time later when I was getting ready to take him to the vet he was already dead, just like that. I just can't believe how fast he died. I got to find Beavis another cage mate, but I don't know how to bond them. I was thinking maybe a baby male pig. I have heard adult make pigs wont mess with babies. Thank You for your support. 💖🌻🌻🌻
@@GuineaPigStuff I have a question, because I watched Butthead die. It happened so fast. When he seemed fine the night before. The next morning he wouldn't come out and eat, so I got the emergency food powder, mixed it with water and syringe fed him. Than I put him back in the cage. He still wouldn't eat the regular food. After a few hours. I went to try to feed him again. I was trying to get him by till the vet got in the next day. I went to syringe feed him again and he just started shaking his head trying to get away. I had him on the floor. I just let go let him back up when he rejected the syringe, because he was safe on the floor, but he was jerking his head up and I never even got the syringe in his mouth the second time. I just let him go and he jerked his head up a few times than just collapsed over and was limp, I tried massaging his chest everything to get him to breath. He was dead just like that. Since it was hours since the first time I syringe fed him, and didn't even get it in his mouth the second time. Could it have been a heart attack, as fast as he died? Were there warning signs I missed? I took him out everyday, him and his brother lived ( brother continue to live in my bedroom with me ).Weighed him, boar cleaned them , trimmed their nails, clean out their cage everyday, weigh them, clean out their ears bathe them when they needed it. But I feel like I missed something.
Another piggy dried with a matching towel. Such great spa service!
Thank you. Such a cute piggie would match any colour I think
