Hi Alvin that is so true l decided to do that last year after l had some funds and used them to invest in myself by upskilling and. Invested in an online learning program in Prince 2 foundation & Practioner ,Prince 2 agile and CAPM plus have been learning to add that since l joined your channel and followed your advice on courses on udemy , your ultimate project management mastery course. Great topic, I'll add to my list of future video ideas to create! For managing action items and RAID Log, it'll depend on what your organization uses. For ease of use, I'd recommend Confluence, since it's extremely easy to keep track and update within your Team's Space. If not Confluence, then I'd recommend Excel, since almost every company uses it.
