An American man narrates news items from the Spring of 1920, hosted upon the popular video sharing website UA-cam. Although the events shown are from over a century ago, they remain of great interest and emotional resonance to the grateful audience. The pleasant and calm narration eases listening for the modern man, whose attention-span has in recent years been severely curtailed by short-form video materials. The video, which is entertaining and historically educational, gives the people pause to consider the tumultuous events and great upheavals which have followed in the one hundred years between the matters here discussed and the present day.
😂your "earlier" recordings I just go to settings & put the speed @ .75% it does the trick. I have to do that with my "Britt" friends (the younger ones) it seems "children" feel if they speak faster they at least get a chance to be heard. 😢 Listening is as important as talking in any conversation ❤
Perhaps you have updated information, but if I'm not mistaken, the pic at 2:06:45 is of Hiram Percy Maxim (founder of the ARRL) operating a radio. It has been presented by the ARRL as such for many years. I've loved your work on this channel for years. Thanks! Edit: To correct name from Maxwell to Maxim.
Your speaking speed has always been just fine.
Enjoyed the video very much. Thank you!
You have a wonderful speaking voice - very easy to listen to

This is great. Audio speed is fine.
This reminds me of the HBO TV show Boardwalk Empire.
