@@eliyarrows2456 Brady, Montana, and Manning are all better than Brees, I agree. Brees had more career longevity and, largely as a result, put up much better career numbers than Elway with far fewer weapons.
Brady wasn't dominant his first 5 or 6 years though lol his numbers were average at best. Mahomes at this point in his career is way ahead of Brady in every statistical category. Mahomes only has to be dominant for 2/3rds of the time that Brady was to break all his records.
@@lakeozarkrei3767Brady didn’t have any receivers for his first 5-6 years it’s important to know that. His top WR was also starting at CB for them lol. Mahomes had Hill and Kelce. @@xelabadman5824here’s the thing, Mahomes isn’t gonna play until he’s 40, and Kelce is gonna retire soon. I think he’ll age like Rodgers. Probably play up until about 40 years old, first his speed goes then his arm then overall regression just like Rodgers. So, to get 8 rings he’ll need to win 5 out of the next 10 SBs. That’s nearly impossible. Brady went to 6 or 7/10 near the end of his career. But the NEvNY, NEvLA, and TBvKC rosters are literally 3 different teams. Only reason they pulled that off was Bill and him switching teams, it’s nearly impossible for one team in the nfl to be that consistently great at finding no name talent. I think Mahomes retires with 5, maybe even 6 rings. But 7 or 8? He’ll need a Bill Russell/MJ type run to pull that off

Post Season: 15-3 (83%) He has played in 6 consecutive AFC championship games and won 4 of them. He has gone 3 and 1 in the Super Bowl. He was the fastest QB to get to 10K, and 25K passing yards. He did the same for 100 and 200 passing touchdowns. He has a post season career passer rating of 106 (best for any QB with over 150 attempts. His passer rating of 103.5 combined reg and post season is only bested by Rodger’s 103.6. If we look at tom brady’s first 6 years as a starter. He went 70 and 24 (74%) in the regular season and 12 and 3 (85%) in the post season. He played in 5 of six AFC championship games, going 3 and 2 while winning all 3 Super Bowls. Mahomes has the edge on the regular season and the post season for W/L and has the statistical edge in passing stats. But brady played for 21 years as a starter (2008 he missed due to injury). He went 250-82 (75%) in the regular season and 35-13 (71%) in the post season. His Superbowl record is 7-3. While brady has longevity on Mahomes and thus a larger number of Super Bowls, Mahomes is showing better passer statistics. If Mahomes can play for 15 or more years then I can see how he could take over the GOAT tag. The only thing that is a potential pit fall is the 7 SB wins. But Patrick already has 3. I don’t think that Mahomes needs to get to 8 wins to be the GOAT. With his states and QBR 5 wins gets him in the conversation.
@MightyBiffer he's have to win like 10 rings to overtake Tom and even then, it'd be questionable solely because brady beat him every single time they played in the postseason. And that superbowl win Tom has over him just seals the deal.
For real, even if Pat gets the same amount, let's not forget the fact that at 20 years older than Patrick Tom beat the shit out of him in the Superbowl and always beat him in the playoffs
Eli: "This feels like a personal issue" I'd be mad too if the lesser Manning beat me twice in the SB. Including ruining the perfect season. Ahhhh 18-1. When ya best just isn't good enough.
The wild part is the reason mahomes is so successful is directly thanks to Tom. Tom gave the blueprint. Take the least amount of money you can afford and allow them to build an amazing team around you in every phase. Add in that you are gifted the afc cake walk more often than not is just the cherry on top. If more top tier QBs took less money not only would more teams be competitive, but it’d make your bowl run a lot easier. . Mahomes learned quic and because of that one decision he’s a 3 time champ in under 8 years
Patrick's talent is unmatched at only 28, it's scary to think about his potential. Brady, Peyton, and Eli have a unique quarterback legacy that continues to fascinate.
As long as you make sure Eli gets in before Rodgers and Farve who only have 1 apiece and Farve holds the record for interceptions. Never been more proud for Texas tech for producing Mahomes.

How’d that defense do in the playoffs?
Yes he is he never miss a AFC championship an he won 3 Super Bowls in 2020 2023 2024
I like that Dan Marino is just sitting there… mad at the world.

Brees better be in there
Brees might not be in due to his playoff record, maybe his stats will let him in but his defense letting him down will lower his chances
Tom at the end 💀💀💀💀💀🤣
All the quarterbacks that are in there have been in the AFC once in their career
Did he not let in Drew Brees cuz of his horrible playoff record?
Brees should absolutely be up there. He set a ton of records right before Brady reset them and he does have a ring. Honestly, much better than Elway, in my book.
Brees is certainly in there but if you need 5 of the greatest qbs for a skit imma go Tom, Manning, Montana, Elway, Marino before I go Brees all day Amy day
@@eliyarrows2456 Brady, Montana, and Manning are all better than Brees, I agree. Marino vs. Brees is a toss-up to me, but I guess I'd give Marino the edge by like a hair just because of how revolutionary his play style was. Elway is decidedly below Brees in my opinion, despite Brees having only 1 ring to Elway's 2. Brees had more career longevity and, largely as a result, put up much better career numbers than Elway with far fewer weapons.
He is in there Benchwarmerbran forgot abt him i think
Both Bree’s and Roger’s should be here imo
Where is TERRY BRADSHAW ????

@pennjazz because of the steel curtain lol. You could put a 1 star hs qb in that team and they win 4 rings
Your majesty had me dead
"What's going on then?!"
They're all getting hurt, that's what.
I doubt mahomes will ever eclipse Brady. Brady was too dominant for too long for anyone else to ever be able to compete.
To me Brady will always be the true GOAT. Not only 6 super bowls with patriots, but gave Tampa one too before he was done after 23 years.
Brady wasn't dominant his first 5 or 6 years though lol his numbers were average at best.
Mahomes at this point in his career is way ahead of Brady in every statistical category.
Mahomes only has to be dominant for 2/3rds of the time that Brady was to break all his records.
Brady had near a decade in between super bowl win 3 and 4. As long as Mahomes wins like 1 Every 3 years he’ll be on his way for sure.
@@lakeozarkrei3767Brady didn’t have any receivers for his first 5-6 years it’s important to know that. His top WR was also starting at CB for them lol.
Mahomes had Hill and Kelce. There’s a difference. The main narrative around Brady and the Pats for 14/20 years he was there was their lack of weapons on offense.
Mahomes offense I’ve weapons this year was an average season for Brady and better than his WR core for the first 3 rings.
But 7 or 8? He’ll need a Bill Russell/MJ type run to pull that off
Patrick Mahomes will never dethrone Tom.
Yes he will!
@@MightyBifferno he wont, the number of rings he has is stager-ring and the chances for the chiefs to make it to every Super Bowl is slim since their are so many good teams at this moment
@@KevinIsAMilitaryGenius Lets look at Patrick Mahome’s NFL record thus far. Regular season games played as starter: 6 yrs. 74-22 78% win percentage.
@@KevinIsAMilitaryGenius*won't *there
@MightyBiffer he's have to win like 10 rings to overtake Tom and even then, it'd be questionable solely because brady beat him every single time they played in the postseason. And that superbowl win Tom has over him just seals the deal.
Hey, Tom I’m already crushing all your stats through the first 7 years with a much harder conference
Get my boy drew breeze in there
Even if Patrick gets 7 rings like Brady he will always be 0-2 against Tom in the playoffs so therefore he will always be second to Tom Brady.
For real, even if Pat gets the same amount, let's not forget the fact that at 20 years older than Patrick Tom beat the shit out of him in the Superbowl and always beat him in the playoffs
@tigers-are-goated fr and Patrick isn't good he has refs on his side
And not to mention 33-6?
And beat him a bunch

I'd be mad too if the lesser Manning beat me twice in the SB. Including ruining the perfect season. Ahhhh 18-1. When ya best just isn't good enough.
Absolute fax machine about Eli.
Btw, where is Brees?
Looking for his mvp to get in the club
Andy Reid and those nuggies is what’s crackin dog
That's my lightskin king. Give us a receiver and it's wraps
The wild part is the reason mahomes is so successful is directly thanks to Tom. Tom gave the blueprint. Take the least amount of money you can afford and allow them to build an amazing team around you in every phase. Add in that you are gifted the afc cake walk more often than not is just the cherry on top. If more top tier QBs took less money not only would more teams be competitive, but it’d make your bowl run a lot easier. . Mahomes learned quic and because of that one decision he’s a 3 time champ in under 8 years
He just threw in the "and he's still up there today" so he could point to that when the Fran Tarkenton truthers (me) showed up
Patrick's talent is unmatched at only 28, it's scary to think about his potential. Brady, Peyton, and Eli have a unique quarterback legacy that continues to fascinate.
The longer version on his Instagram is hilarious!
As long as you make sure Eli gets in before Rodgers and Farve who only have 1 apiece and Farve holds the record for interceptions. By the way, Eli won his two before his brother, played outside in the cold and didn't get fired from his job while beating his majesty twice and prevented a perfect season keeping a very old Dolphins team alive!
As always great skit always gets me chuckling and as to your question yes he’s already an all time great probably #3 qb all time behind Montana and Brady
