How can i find quantum yield of reference sample?
What is the concentration of reference and sample solution should be taken. whether both the concentrations are same
Concentrations should be less than 0.1 of UV absorbance.
can you please mention the calculation of the refractive index though it is the same solvent or not?!!!
If solvents are the same, you can cancel the refractive index of samples.
