It's a bit more complicated than that. It's rated altitude is 10,000ft where it tops out at 424mph. The P-51 mustang had a rated altitude 10,000ft higher where the air is much thinner. It a drag race at sea level to 15,000ft the PC-21 would probably win.

But the T6 has a higher wing area to weight ratio and less sweepback which means it could probably get away in a very low speed high AoA turn. Pull up drain airspeed and pull it round at 120 knots in the stickshaker might leave the pc21 overshooting.
