How does the big side screw work? In video it is seems that it is tighteded twice. First with bigger hex bit and then again with smaller hex bit. Is this correct?
Hello, when I charge my power meter, it does not turn on the green light indicating full charge, the next day when I use it, it says that there is no battery either in the app or on my cycle computer, it says that the battery is low! What should I do?
I think buyer should beware regarding a purchase of this power meter. I have a left right leg power imbalance. I purchased this PM direct from Magene and tested against two pedal based power meters. Garmin Vector DUO and Favero DUO. The left/right balance was off by 10% and not even consistent on the over/under power reading. I requested warranty service and have gotten no response after multiple attempts. Total waste of $300.

The preload bolt is split in two bolts in their new design, so yes you have to tighten both parts of it.

Is it compatible with 9 speed bike?
When calibrating, should the crank be positioned at 12 and 6 o'clock, or at 3 and 9 o'clock?
Hi there. There’s no need to set the pedal position beforehand. If you want to know more details, please kindly check out the tutorial blog:

Hi there. Could you kindly provide the specific part of the unsuitable lock ring?
Would this work for 1x setup?
Yes but make sure your chainring is 110BCD.
Hmmm yes, you forgot the part where front chainring doesn't work on some di2 on some frames.
Hi there. It has been optimized in our new chainring and it's coming soon. Please stay tuned.
