How does the big side screw work? In video it is seems that it is tighteded twice. First with bigger hex bit and then again with smaller hex bit. Is this correct?

The preload bolt is split in two bolts in their new design, so yes you have to tighten both parts of it.

Hello, when I charge my power meter, it does not turn on the green light indicating full charge, the next day when I use it, it says that there is no battery either in the app or on my cycle computer, it says that the battery is low! What should I do?

When calibrating, should the crank be positioned at 12 and 6 o'clock, or at 3 and 9 o'clock?

I think buyer should beware regarding a purchase of this power meter. I have a left right leg power imbalance. I purchased this PM direct from Magene and tested against two pedal based power meters. Garmin Vector DUO and Favero DUO. The left/right balance was off by 10% and not even consistent on the over/under power reading. I requested warranty service and have gotten no response after multiple attempts. Total waste of $300.
