A father and grown son passin a blunt and vibing is awesome. I'm 26, married, own a home, and have a 1 year old son, and my father and I are on very limited terms. I wanted my son to have a relationship with him, so we speak.. but my dad and I are very distant.. I really wish I had this relationship with my dad. Respect to y'all, and to you as a father. FYI, I'm white. People always talk about the black community and being fatherless and sons having no father in the home. I don't have a relationship with my dad and it fuckin hurts and has changed me in ways I hate. I love seeing this.. it's beautiful. Yall keep that shit up.

This was a reaction to the criticism he got from his album Revival, which was more message based. Just about the whole Kamikaze album is lyrically outstanding. If you want a different side of Eminem, do “Darkness”. It’s a heavy song with a social message, but the entire song is a double. “Never Love Again” is another song that is a double from start to finish. “Lucky You” off Kamikaze with Joyner Lucas is 🔥 too.

In my humble opinion...
The original Slim Shady was hard, vicious and voracious. He said outlandish shit for that time and the more he came under fire from media and politicians point scoring, the more he used that fire as fuel to go harder and even more toxic(but not toxic as hateful, just more RAW), as he says himself in The way I am. People knew Shady was just absolutely savage and he really was.. I cant overstate how much controversy surrounded Slim Shady and ngl Rap needed that at the time to push it in the direction it eventually went. But Emz went through some crazy shit after and then with Revival and the songs that surrounded it, it was actually Marshal, not Eminem or Shady. It was Em being more real and talking about stuff in a more real, calm and even more insanely deep and introspective way. But, his stuff was so complex most people and especially so called critics and "fans" hated it as they wanted Slim or Em, not Marshal. They couldn't understand what Em was trying to say or appreciate the new style he had for saying it. All the new peeps(and no offence to anyone now, but...) the new peeps all got mumble/trap and shallow shit and raw ass, but hollow tunes with no real depth or message; and so this all led to a majority that didn't understand the album Revival and they trashed it and his other new songs as trash. So...
This is basically Em saying "Well Fuck you all then!", "If you want Slim back, you aren't ready, nor do you Deserve Marshal" and this video is literally Slim pushing his way out, by re-possesing Em and going back to being hard and Raw and Savage as opposed to the more sensitive and mature Em that Marshal wanted to be(imho). Peepz done fcked up hard and I hate that we ain't getting more of Ems deep and heart/soulful stuff, but Slim is still Wild, don't get me wrong... But seeing the Real Em/Marshal would have been sooooo awesomez mayn. Again my opinion, and my apologies for any mistakes or errors in my rant lol.

Would love to see you react to the band Poets of the Fall and their song Carnival of Rust (their most well known song and the music video got voted as the best Finnish music video ever back in 2006 when the song was released). Truly an underrated band from here in Finland. Also a band with many different sounds all the way from slow melodic songs to full on rock.
Although if you want to immediately hear a song that showcases how crazy good the lead singer Marko Saaresto's voice can be (and while his vocal range might not be the most dynamic out there he is an amazing example of what you can achieve by having absolutely perfect control of your vocals especially the raw emotion that his voice is able to convey) then i recommend listening to their song Daze. His vocals on the chorus are something out of this world.
I just think that so many more people would love their music if they just ever heard them but since their from Finland it rarely happens. Although many have heard their songs in Remedy's video games Max Payne 2, Alan Wake, Quantum Brake and Control
(Also every single reactor i have seen reacting to them has been pretty much blown away by their music so i'm very confident you'll like it)
