Hope you enjoy this one folks, it's a firm favourite here in my house and goes perfectly with mash or some home-made chips (check out this video for a simple way to make those in the air fryer! ua-cam.com/video/r639XKLN9OU/v-deo.html )
Love this channel can’t believe I have just found it. My kind of dishes - British comfort food, but thoughtfully and thoroughly done. Also a good lesson that you get what you pay for in terms of ingredients. Stock / beef etc. Hope this channel gets big it would be much deserved.
I don't know why your channel hasn't blown up because you certainly know your stuff 👍 Can't wait to try some of your recipes. Great video bud, looking forward to seeing some more 😉 P.S. Morrisons do beef skirt, my butcher only had shin of beef which worked fine for my Cornish pasties 👍
Thank you so much! Comments like this really help me stay motivated, the growth will come in time I hope (not that I'm unhappy with it so far at all, it's been amazing!) 😊 glad you’re liking the videos, and that’s a great shout on Morrisons, I think they’re pretty much the last supermarket with proper butchers counters (near me at least). Shin is a great cut, very underrated and delicious if treated right 😋. I’m craving Cornish pasties now! 🤤
First time I've seen this Guy, And yes this pie looks amazing and if it tastes like it looks, pie heaven ♥ ♥. But the reason why he hasn't many subscribers could be that there's not much content. Other contributors are posting videos every day. ? have got to try this but need to make it gluten free (coeliac) I'm afraid, so Guinness out of the question.
THIS IS VIDEO IS NEXT LEVEL! DAMN! You are putting out this quality of content and you are just starting! Have a question. I can't drink alcohol. what can i sub the alcohol for?
Thank you for the kind comment! Glad you liked the video 😊 You can totally make this alcohol-free - I’ve had great results before just switching out the beer for an alcohol free one (Guinness alcohol free 0.0 would be my recommendation). Alternatively just use 500ml stock and a little extra Worcestershire and balsamic at the end would work too 🙂
Love the straightforward style! Will try the dough. Any chance of a kedgeree? Perfect Yorkshire pudding? Hello from Belgium. You showed up here as an ad. Refreshing after all those flemish ads...lolol Thank you.
Thanks! Hope you like it 😊 Kedgeree is a great idea, thanks! I'll add it to my list! Check this video out for Yorkshire puddings: ua-cam.com/video/YLH5tJfWDh0/v-deo.html (I'm planning to do another one on them too, with a deeper dive and some variations on the recipe 🙂). Glad you found the channel - welcome 🙂 . Weird that it showed up as an ad, but cool, glad you're here!
@@RossBamford I will check the Yorkshire pudding. Can't get enough of them....will serve it with Carbonade Flamande instead of Bouchee a la Reine. I think it would be smashing and home made! Will try it all. thanks. Glad it showed as an ad. Weird as it may be. 🙂
