This interviewer is a poor excuse for the profession. Such a phony- building Barbra up as if she needs her compliments ,not really caring about the movie, just wants to get a good scoop on who's in her bed. Geez, get a job you'd be good at like department store manager.
This interviewer is no Barbara Walters or Diane Sawyer. I'm so sorry that Barbra had to go through this short annoying interview with somebody so rude and unprofessional. Barbra had the poise and patience to put up with this woman. Many of us would not have been as kind in her position. Thank you Barbra for your professionalism
I thought Barbra looked beautiful here but a bit tired and/or bored. I don't think she is inspired or energized by this Bobbie's rather stilted and superficial energy and behavior. Compare this with some of her Barbara Walters or, especially the Gene Shalit interview where she clearly felt safe, relaxed, seen/heard. She and Gene connected for real and there was warmth and fun. These two women obviously operate on different levels.
If you’re going to make a comment like “it’s so different than anything you’ve done” which is nonsense and say it right to the filmmaker’s face - you better be able to back it up - If not - it’s just plain RUDE. Barbra has no issue with constructive criticism but Bobbie was out of line. Women can be such pills to each other sometimes.
