Ingredients
4 Cups of hot water
2 Cups of unsweetened of coconut flakes

and if you live in a place where coconuts are on trees you can use coconut water and do that with the coconut jelly, instead of tap water and coconut flakes.

Whit the rest of the coconut .. Mix w one egg and make coconut macaroons.. Make ball ..put in a bake pan and in 360° for 10 min.. Put sugar!

I have the Blendtec Blender and press whole juice button, but I didn't know that I should use hot water. Thanks for the tip. I also add two chopped dates, 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. That's a very good tip for making coconut macaroons with my leftover pulp too. Thanks.😊

Almond milk normally has less than 2% almonds

yes, its exactly the same. youll never go back to store bought. Only difference is set your two cups almonds in water overnight, then rinse in fresh water before using. They will be plump and ready to use.
