This short meditation practice helps us organize thoughts and emotions on a busy day. Also, regular meditation practice can be effective as relapse prevention for depression. Thanks for this useful meditation. The best part is I don't need to struggle to change anything. Generally we try to get rid of the uncomfortable thoughts or situations. This is the best part which is giving me do much solace
This is one of my favorite UA-cam meditations. I always feel so great afterwards and it takes up barely any time! Literally use it multiple times per week. Thanks for the awesome work!
The thing is I feel like I have to change those thoughts, they cause me high levels of anxiety making it impossible to concentrate on anything sometimes
hello, you can change your mindset, when a thought makes you physically anxious, that alerts the brain that it’s important. So try to keep calm if you feel anxious don’t jump up and fitter simply just let it be and let the thought pass. you can do this with meditation. you can start reading self help books, watching motivational videos, listening to positive affirmations and just staying positive. When that thought comes around let it pass and then say out loud or in your head “I rebuke and cancel out negativity for i am a positive being”
The first step to changing your thoughts is accepting and acknowledging them. Let them be there. Try asking "can I just be ok with how I feel or think in this moment?"
