So love-uh-ly!
I would love to do a camping weekend fully in character and in garb, with historical backpack, toiletries, tent, bedroll, etc. Pack it all in on your back. No modern amenities besides your phone and keys. Maybe get a wagon ride in and out of the fairgrounds, like ye olden days.
That would be pretty cool to do and film! You should do it! I need my “glamping” gear, lol.
Just walking into ppls cabins
Lol! We were told we could go into any cabin that was unlocked to film the tour. We were shocked too! 😯😁
Nice video. I bring a big tent, heater, necessities and camp out with my clan. Camping is great!
You sound like you know what’s needed for sure!!!
Wow, thats a big place !! I bet it would be alot of fun, can't wait to see it when it opens.
It’s huge!! 200 acres I believe!
I am jellyy! Cant waitttt for this season!
So excited!!
Great work guys! Did my live stream from grounds and camping not too long ago, so this is awesome to see you guys there!
Oh wow!! I missed that! I need to see your live stream!
Great video! Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much!
Great work!
So kind of you to say! Love having a fellow influencer watch us!
I hole to see you at Sherwood Forest Faire this upcoming season!
We will be there! Just one weekend though.
Do the tent area have fire pits or do you have to bring your own
You need to bring your own fire pits and they need to be off the ground. They have some specific guidelines on the TRF webpage about them.
Are there outlets anywhere in the bathroom so that you can get ready for Saturday morning?
That is a VERY good question! That was something I didn’t look for! I’ll have to see what I can find out before we head out there in November!
Cool!
Cabins..$250 a night (2023) 2 night minimum….😱
Tell me about it. Right??? WAY too pricey. That’s why we haven’t done it. A hotel would be cheaper and more comfortable.
Love your videos! I'm going to the MD Renn Festival this weekend and cannot wait! What are you using to hold your microphone? I have the same mic, but wasn't sure what you were using to hold your phone and microphone while you record.
Have fun at the MD Ren Festival! We got the holder and mic on Amazon. amzn.to/38QdRmp
Thanks! I've never been camping at the fest. I loved getting to see inside the cabins. I was wondering, do you park right beside your cabin? I would think so but just wanted to make sure.
So glad you enjoyed it! We loved getting to see them too! Yes, you can park by your cabin. 👍🏻
@@SuttonStops what about for tents? I just park on the grounds and setup tent next to my car?
@@dumbledor123 absolutely! That’s exactly what we do!
Where would you suggest tent camping if you're just doing general camping? I'm taking my family next month for the first time!
Try the back areas, closer to the entrance. It’s roomy back there, and closer to the store and showers. But it’s a little distance to the faire entrance. We tend to jump in our car and drive up closer and park or we walk.
How much is a camping pass
The season passes are sold out already, but you can get the weekend passes. There is a link underneath the Description tab below the video that can take you to the website as well.
