I'm substituting my coffee witg dandelion tea. It is tastes very similar. More like instant coffee, not like your gourmet coffees. It really helped me reduce my caffeine intake without feeling like I was missing out on coffee. I didn't know about Matcha tea giving energy. I'll have to try it out.

Hard to explain, but glad you get me! I think it's just this sense of being overwhelmed and wanting to be alone to recharge. I always end up being my most productive self afterwards xD Then the cycle repeats lol I can never be productive and feeling myself all the time, oh how I wish xD

Yes girl I love matcha!!! I started making my own matcha lattes at home with almond milk and a little maple syrup to sweeten. So good! I use the matcha from Pique tea. It’s pricey but the best quality, organic ceremonial grade matcha. They do collabs with influencers, you should reach out I think they would totally collab with you! 🍵 I use the aerolatte handheld electric frother to get it all smooth.

Maybe it’s because our birthdays are a day apart but I relate so much to you when you said you like to be alone when stressed out. Also…I am a nurse. When things get to busy or fast paced for me my instinct is to remove myself from all of it and think to myself. I do the most “problem solving” when I have my alone time. It’s NECESSARY for my sanity. Anyways love you girl 😘

It's been hot here also...yesterday with the heat index it felt like it was 115° 🥵 but we had some rain so it lowered the temperature today to know in the 80's and feeling like the low 90's..still hot but not as hot
I think it’s just needing a beverage aka coffee. I’ve had this same feeling so I started drinking herbal tea instead. But also with you on that matcha train. Been obsessed.

I’m only semi-adventurous lol but if there’s a David’s Tea around you, their maple syrup oolong is so good with oat milk (I don’t think it’s herbal though). And because of Covid, I’ve been drinking Cold 911 in the evenings. I don’t think it benefits me at all but mentally makes me feel like I’m doing something haha

I have a pitt baby girl too (she’s 3years old) she does the same exact thing with toys, I must have two and throw one and have another one ready for once she comes back. Have you tried the gentle leader?
Lol yep i definitely think it's a pitbull thing! I could train her out of that habit but I don't want to. It's her personality and I find it kind of funny lol. She loves playing tug of war too xD I have tried the gentle leader before and it works great for when I know I'll be around other people ,dogs, or any other type of distractions. But just for my apartment complex I have her leash attached to a harness, nothing to her neck. When we walk around it's usually just us, so nothing to worry about :) I let her freely walk where she wants or chooses to!

The trick you use with Kota is how I actually taught my foster puppy to fetch. He’s a Cattledog/Pittie mix so he definitely did not want to drop his toys for me lol. Every time he brought the one ball back and saw I had another one he would drop the one in his mouth and as he did that I would tell him to drop it. Eventually he learned the command that way and now he just automatically drops the ball next to me and waits for me to grab it and throw it again. Teaching him to drop it was actually easy- teaching him to leave it was a challenge lmao 🤣

My opinion is to train your body to use food and water for energy. Coffee has so so so many bad short term and long term side effects. I went through nursing school while working and never needed caffeine.

Hi beautiful, what kind of dog food do you give Kota? My dog is a pit bull the same color as Kota, and he sheds a lot of hair.
She's been on a natural food diet for years! Similar to raw food diet except I cook all the meats for her because she likes it better that way and it digests better for her too :) So 2x a day she gets fish oil, supplement vitamin powder, probiotic powder, coconut oil, i switch up the meats but her favs are chicken or beef, vegetables (she loves broc, peas, celery, carrots steamed, and green beans!) then mashed sweet potatoes or white rice, greek yogurt, 1 egg, and top it off with some bone broth to help mix the supplement powders in which turns it into a gravy :) She waits anxiously waits for her meals 2x a day watching me make it the entire time lol When she was a puppy I gave her orijen which is a decent brand for kibble food but she never wanted to eat it. She goes crazy for the natural foods!

She honestly only likes certain people - very picky girl lol I'm so lucky that the vet/boarding I take her to are so good with her. She loves them. I even get a camera 24hrs of the day to watch her during boarding. But yes, she will growl when strangers get close! No one has ever got close enough for her to do anything but I think if they did, she would absolutely protect me.
matcha is a type of green tea, and green tea contains caffeine. matcha is made from crushed whole tea leaves, the caffeine content is somewhat higher than that of bagged tea. matcha caffeine levels can actually equal half the level of a black cup of coffee.

It’s also contains l-theanine which is an amino acid that’s really good for you. It helps with anxiety and depression. I use the pills whenever I have really bad anxiety.

It’s really weird when you look at people and keep on going, I had a situation at night at a gas station. This attendant was walking around at night, kept looking my way, asked if my pump was working (it was completely fine), asked if my engine was on (wtf) and mind you this is at night….just leave people alone, don’t stare at them or start random conversations unless they talk to you. I’m not taking about friendly conversations - I love those, but I mean weird staring and odd comments at night. Just no, it’s weird.

I had a guy ask me if I want him to pump the air when I was getting air for my tires at the gas station, I said no thank you I got it, appreciate it. He was nice though and didn’t go beyond that and I realized later he was waiting for air too. Definitely good as a woman to know how to do these things yourself because creeps see it as an opportunity to engage with you, they assume women don’t know how to do these things. So glad my bf taught me how or of course you can learn on your own too.
