Aww congrats on your pregnancy!! I'm also currently preggo and I think you and I are pretty close in due dates!! I'm 23 weeks as of today 🎉 baby number 2 and expecting a boy last week of November 💙
Some of my faves: Asos maternity leggings (they are kinda stiff and take abt a day or 2 to stretch out and fit your body/bump, but omg, they are all I wear around the house! I also have that support belt and it helps so much with my pelvic girdle pain! The honest company mama line is so good. The bump cream is too thick for my liking, so I mix the oil with it and have come to enjoy it. I got Trilastin stretch mark cream on Prime Day and I LOVE IT!! It's thin, cooling, feels good on the skin, and absorbs quickly.

I had a surgery on my belly area, last winter, and Target's wide waisted terry lined leggings was all I could/would wear.
Oh gosh, when I was pregnant, my lower belly was sooo itchy due to the stretching and eczema, but i couldn't use ANYTHING because it would give me a horrible heat rash. I didn't scar much, but if there is I'd have to stare to see any.

Oh yes, the T.J.Maxx sports bras are my favorites 😍 I got an oatmeal and a plum color - such a good deal. They fit me so well, and super comfy!! I used whatever lotions weren't greasy for all 3 of my pregnancies--I never got any stretch marks on my tummy. (Small ones on my boobs only). Loved these videos, you are so healthy looking and your happiness translates!!! Much love & good sleeps!😘

hi kayleigh! love this video :) i am also expecting but i’m only in my first trimester. how did you cope with your symptoms? did you still lift weights? i would love to see a video on this
I do! But only since being in the 2nd trimester because I felt too awful in the first to do anything at all (nauseous and thyroid problems). I don't use heavy weights like I did before. I use about 10lbs more than my warmup weight for each exercise so I get a good pump after 3-4 sets but i'm not over exerting myself. I've mostly been focusing on the feeling of the movement by targeting the right muscles. Less about "building muscle" as I was before and more about getting the body moving and blood flowing!

Ok just starting the video so it's not pregnancy related but how the heck do you keep your glasses from removing your makeup from your nose?! My glasses wreck my make up 😭
It always happens lol the best thing that has kept most of the makeup on is just making sure to really set the nose with a loose translucent powder. I like Laura mercier.
The olly prenatals made me SO SICK. I liked one a day with brain support. Its 2 pills.. for my belly used Bio oil & palmers cream. I got very few stretch marks, i got them right under my belly button lol. They are now super transparent.. its so crazy how i did not like my pregnancy pillow!! I used a regular soft square pillow under my belly when i would sleep.
