@@CardBoardCrate See, I've never understood that statement. That Black Flag's theme is the best, or someone's favorite. It's not bad, a d it is really good, but it just sounds too pirate-y for me. Brian Tyler is a great composer, but I prefer his work on films, like Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Not to mention that the theme is too happy. It just feels like pure excitement and fun, which, to me at least, doesn't fit the game (I don't like it as much as other people do). But the themes for AC3, Revelations, Unity, Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla are really amazing, and they all fit their games perfectly. Not to mention that they're just great pieces of music in general.

Assassin’s Creed Origins and Black Flag probably have my favourite soundtracks out of the whole series, with Brotherhood and Odyssey close behind. Syndicate’s music was quite good too, it’s very different from the rest of the series.

I honestly like Odyssey BUT it isn't an assassin's creed game. I like the game, because it is a very well constructed rpg with amazing map, 'ok' combat, good exploration and beautiful landscapes. It is really enjoyable and fun to play, but nevertheless, it is not Assassin's Creed sadly.
Odyssey is Ac, but just more like a spin off. It connects with Ac because it presents the idea that the war between order and freedom have existed long before the brotherhood and Templars. You have a family split, one in the Cult of Kosmos fighting to control everything and one trying to undo it. It goes even further into the Spear of Leonidas. He had first civilization blood and was fighting against the Persians to remain free.
this debate has been going on for years, and i still dunno how exactly Odyssey differs from the rest other than the orders of Assassins and Templars not yet existing.
@@Fleepwn after origins, it started becoming an rpg... More stress started to be given on combat... And not stealth.. you can play with stealth, but that's not the point... In the older games, you were expected to be doing missions with only assassinations.... Like the namesake of the order... But now the games are combat heavy...
