Until today I never had a problem with not being a musician and not being able to play an instrument. This guitar really makes me regret this condition for the first time in my life. And the design-oriented guy in me does not make this circumstance any better and screams at me out of joy when he sees this work of art in such detail. Honestly, a rock hall induction does not carry the validation that it used. A better name would be the pop culture hall of fame. Band Maid is too good for them. I live about 50 miles from that hall of jokes.

Congrats! That thing is amazing! I had no idea the artwork on the back was inlaid, I thought it was a stencil. I love it even more now. I kinda wish she would have picked ebony for the fretboard, but either way, the rosewood is so pretty.
Beautiful guitar. Lots of hidden/subtle content too - the whole metal pick guard is one giant pigeon; beak is the sharp edge facing upwards, eye is the circle right below that, and feathers are the leaves. Also, the bottom of the inlaid leaves spells something out in Japanese characters (Po, if I remember correctly).
I got her signature in Japanese on the COA as did all that bought one of the 50 FP , also it looks to be her that wrote the serial number on the doc too
I have always wanted one of these since I saw Ronnie Wood with The Faces. My new A24MF Dragonheart is on it's way. It was made in Japan!!! They are NOT cheap guitars, but I got it for a super low price. I can't wait for it to get here.
I knew that but the thing I DIDN'T know, was that the outer ring of engraving on the plate were pigeons. I remember her saying there was 55 pigeons on the guitar and thinking "where?" Now that I can see it up close, they jump out at you.
Miku and Zemaitis collabed on a signature model for her. There were only 50 made and were a Japanese release only (though Zemaitis USA ended up with two that went to a wait list). The retail before tax was about $3800. Several have made it to the US. I personally know of 6 plus mine that are in the states. There were a few still floating around Japan up until about two weeks ago but all the Ebay and Zen Market listings are gone. I don't expect to see one on the open market any time soon but when they DO come up, I'm guessing it will be about $7000+ to obtain one.

it was a limited run. Originally it was supposed to be 50 guitars. Then, they released another 30 (which pissed off those who got one of the original 50). There are still a few out there but it will cost above $5000 right now. Just search Flappy Pigeon on Ebay or Zenmarket. Just be warned there are several offered up but it is really only one or two actual guitars. Those guys don't actually have that guitar, they just know what shop it is in. They are basically scalpers looking to make $1000.

I used to have a pro level 12 space rack based around a Randall 100w tube head and a 4x10 cab (way more gear than talent) but I hadn't done any serious playing in over a decade so I sold it. I'm currently shopping for a nice 50 watt combo that will do all I need.

Runs on 8 AA batteries and has really good clean and distortion with delay and chorus. The buzzing was from an old crappy cable. I got a new one and it is totally quiet. Roland Mobile Cube if you care to look it up.
The guitar is “kuruppo,” while the new Kobato project is “cluppo.” And howJapanese it it; unable to differentiate pronunciation “R” from “L.” Or maybe this is another April fool joke from her and Zemaiis.

No maker of guitars would consider making a Kanami Tono signature guitar. Yet, she is the better of the two guitarists in her band, by far. Good luck!

The fretboard on Miku's original is ebony. Not sure why they did it that way but I love the color on mine.

Miku plays the rhythm guitar in BAND-MAID. Why do you say "can not play guitar"?
