Dr. Manmohan Singh's original speech and how is it misrepresented by Modi for political gains:
I believe our collective priorities are clear, Agriculture, Irrigation, and Water Resources, Health, Education, Critical Investment in Rural Infrastructure and the Essential Public Investment needs of general infrastructure along with programs for the uplift if Scheduled Casts, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities, and Women and Children. The component plans for Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribes will be revitalized. We will have to devise innovative plans to ensure that minorities, particularly the Muslim minority are empowered to share equitably in the fruits of development. They must have the first claim on our resources.
In this speech it was never said that any one community has the first right on any government resource. Dr. Manmohan Singh is talking about SC, ST, OBC, women, children and minorities, especially Muslims. He said collectively that these backward people have the first claim on our country’s resource. And NOTE that Manmohan Singh said “first claim” on resources not “first right”. First claim on resources not first right. These are subtle things that are misrepresented by BJP for political gains.
You conveniently removes word especially Muslims which is said for minorities. Muslims are not minorities so need to stop this Revadi.

The guy who said that is not entirely wrong. In communist countries, Govt takes full responsibility of employment. However India cannot be entirely communist nor entirely nationalist. A balance is required to sustain the very foundation of this country thats secular, socialist, democratic republic
