Back when I first started playing I used to love wandering around Morgantown, and every time I went through it I found more and more areas I didn't realize were there, like some rooftops or building accessible from other rooftops. It's been a while since I've played but this makes me want to get back into it.
Being a Morgantown resident since the day I was born, I am very happy the amount of detail and love you put into this video with the history of Morgantown ❤ also for future videos you can shorten it to Mon for the River and county.
"Among The Stars" I think that sign is a Nuka World easter egg. At least that's how I've always seen it. I saw that whole scene as a Nuka World DLC easter egg.
That seems likely, although I will always wonder where he got the sign. Reminds me of the Simpsons episode “Homega Man” when Homer gets surrounded by cloak wearing mutants and he asks “where did you get those cloaks?!”
I think I'm going to go back and properly explore Morgantown in-game. When I first "explored" it, I was really low level and sneaking everywhere so I wouldn't get overwhelmed by ghouls or scorched, and I avoided anywhere with too many enemies. Since then, when I go to Morgantown it's usually with a specific destination in mind or something specific I want to do. I feel like there's all kinds of buildings in and around Morgantown that I haven't ever properly explored, and now that I can easily mow down hordes of ghouls or scorched I should really rectify that.
