Great podcast. I love hearing Bill Winke speak, he has solid advice while being extremely humble at the same time. Very interesting about him sleeping at his hunting locations. My guess on the singing bird is an eastern meadowlark....
Bill has the cell cams rollin at the new farm now. I think being out of the "candy land" as sturgis puts it is showing some new challenges. Imo this make for even more interesting everyday joe senerios. Always look forward to Bill's content.
How’s it going Bill.Im ready for another season already, lol.

Adam, enjoyed the podcast. Thanks for getting Bill for an hour! I watch his hunting whitetails podcasts and enjoy them. My first season in 22 years without an archery buck (yet) Have 39 days in mostly trees and a few on the ground. For the first time I got bent out of shape on 2 giant bucks, getting closer encounters with them, passing a few nice 2-3 year olds along the way. This week in Ohio, in the deep snow, I tracked 2 bucks, one huge to their beds at 25 yds with muzzlelloader in hand. Both had shed both sides already. More time in the woods/trees, cameras helped keep me motivated and learning still after 34 years of bowhunting. The memories this season provided are my trophy's this season. Content like yours also have helped keep me hunting. I look forward to more and will look back at ones you've done already. Keep up the good work!
