I have one of those so called "Haunted dolls" sitting on my nightstand. Apparently, this doll's supposed name as stated by her previous owner is "Caroline". I can safely say that after 2.5 years of having her in my bedroom she has done...absolutely nothing.

Since nobody else has commented this yet- if I had to guess, the fursuits listed on there for super cheap are likely just stolen images/scams. I did notice one suit on there that I've seen belong to somebody else that they never sold to my knowledge for example. And btw, sometimes people sell the base heads so others can customize them and get them for a cheaper price! Just thought I'd say that lol, love your vids emily and I'm excited for the short film stuff!! ^_^

atleast I keep my sanity somewhat intact by not joining fandoms, especially when theyre very infamous
unfortunately, people feel pressured to force themselves into fandoms. If they feel unconfortable with the bullying, I suggest just leaving the fandom. As much as you can like furry content, fandoms can and definetly will be a lot of weight on the shoulders. You can like a certain subject without joining the fandom! Coming from experience (never joined the furry fandom though, and never will). I hope everyone is okay and bullying is unacceptable.

As furry I'm glad that Emily doesn't hate me for that. Also the whole reason why furries buy the base heads without fur is to add their own fur, eyes, and stuff to it basically. The full suit ones are most often just scams cuz a lot of fursuit creators do custom commissions and they cost like hundreds to thousands of dollars.
Why would a person hate an individual for being a furry? I myself dislike furries (if i were to explain people wouldnt care anyways), but damn, I would never hate the individual. I just deslike the fact that ppl willingly associate themselves with a group known for having very disgusting people.... amongst other things.

Personally, I think hating someone because they have a different interest or way of life (especially if they do no harm to others or to themselves) is absolutely ridiculous and stupid. Personally, I am not a Furry, but I frequently like to cosplay as and act like random anime characters on any given day of the week.
I think a lot of the hate for furries is because the perceived largest/most vocal part of the group use it for kink purposes. Which isn't bad, but unlike say BDSM, furry art and costumes crop up even in sfw spaces (e.g. children's media) which ends up making people uncomfortable. Obviously not every furry does it for sex but the idea is pervasive.
Sis is really taking to of the most difficult jobs and saying “yes. let’s do both.”

For the fursuits, the husky is a knockoff/stolen design, that’s why the price is sketchy. And the ones without fur are called bases. People can buy the base and then put the fur on themselves so they can design it however they want

Pre-made foam bases are actually pretty popular in the furry fandom! They’re way cheaper than getting a custom-made fursuit head, even if you do have to buy the materials and finish it yourself. They’re especially good for first-time suit makers as well! ♥️

As a Christian, we believe demons do all the things stated in these articles. They can be passed from person to person through a doll only if the person buying the doll welcomes the demon. The demon doesn’t actually become one with the doll, but it can try to convince you that it’s a spirit within the doll just to get in your head. I have no doubts that these people saw and experienced these things, but if you buy the doll it wouldn’t do anything unless you’re buying for the purpose of inviting a spirit. I actually love old dolls and have collected quite a few over the years, and so far nothing 🤷♀️ It honestly makes me kind of angry and sad to hear these stories... yet I can’t lie I do find it entertaining and I love this video lol

Speaking as a former ebay addict, the reason for the sub dollar starting bids is to get attention, both of potential buyers and of ebays search algorithm. Especially back in the late 00s and early 10s, many auctions would start at 99 cents, the idea being that the seller was putting faith in demand for the item and risking a loss, in exchange the listing would get more attention and more potential bidders. In most cases, the item would be bid on and eventually sell for a price within market expectations.
So yeah, that explain the one cent fursuit, as the listing was an auction that said starting bid on it. The guy is taking the risk and hoping that the bids will come flowing in, which they most likely will.

9:33 the reason for this is that these are headbases they’re mad ent hand and are decently hard to learn to make so someone with sewing experience might want to make one but not know how to carve and glue foam into something that looks nice
