Thank you for watching! I continue to find new and better integrated ways to use my GTD concepts like brain dumps, context list, customized tags and project plans. How do you implement GTD into your planning system?

Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately I am not currently selling my planner. I have had many requests and should probably add that as a project to make it available to others. My 2024 playlist walks you through the process of setting up a planner like mine, set by step. I take it slow and created it so that others could make their own, customized to their needs. Hi Crystal, appreciate your work & teaching method as always.
Question: do you use MS To Do in conjunction with OneNote and if so, how? Or do you use OneNote exclusively?
BTW, if you didn't already know (which I'd be surprised if you didn't), when applying tags (that don't already have a keyboard shortcut setup), you can right click your selected txt & access tags in the right click menu too (if you dont want to travel to the ribbon everytime).

Thank you! You are very sweet. 😊 I pretty much use OneNote exclusively. I do keep a Google calendar for events and some recurring tasks but for the most part I keep everything in OneNote. Less places to look for needed information for me.
Thanks for sharing the tag tip with everyone. Very helpful and a great reminder! 🥰 I use some hot keys, but as you can tell, I am a very visual person, so I usually go to the ribbon or right click.
      Thanks for watching. Happy December.

Thank you for taking me through your process. I've read the GTD book as well, but I have struggled to ever stick with it for longer. My best experience have been to use Google sheets for it because it also has a good tagging, statistics, and mostly filtering system. Now I'm considering onenote instead. How is your experience with onenote on the phone? Many of my tasks and actions I would like easy access to from the phone, but I struggle to navigate smoothly in onenote from the phone. Capturing random thoughts becomes inconvenient and I find myself not doing it and losing it or using another app and then the system is scattered... Any advice or experience on this?

Thank you for watching and subscribing. I feel your struggles with capturing random notes and thoughts on your phone. I created a video ua-cam.com/video/8xfJP55ktpg/v-deo.html where I share how I use my customized tags on my Android phone to record action items that I need to remember. My phone does not allow me to create new customized tags but it does allow me to use the ones that I have already created on my desktop. It seems to work well for me.
The other way that I capture random notes and thoughts on the phone is when you open OneNote, your recent pages are listed so if your In Box is a page you reference frequently it should be listed here.
A third way would be to click on the purple sticky note button to record a note quickly. Just make sure that you add "checking your sticky notes" into your daily or weekly review checklist so that nothing gets lost.
If you are currently using Google sheets, have you considered Google Keep for your quick random notes. It has some pretty cool tagging features and can be added to the sidebar of your Google calendar.
I hope some of these suggestions help. I have a lot of videos in the GTD playlist linked here. ua-cam.com/play/PLq7-CgaPQOfyOcJ8IQ9KJeaDFzKft9Y6n.html
