I loved the video! Just like many of you, I’ve just started going hard on fragrances. It’s insane how much money I’ve spent since July!!!
So far my best discoveries of 2020 are Sofia by Sofia, La Nuit Tresor A La Folie and Olympea . Honorable mention is Creed Royal Princess Oud! I love it so much but only worn it once because it’s too expensive to wear around the house.
I love that amongst the niche fragrances on your list you stay true to what you like by including the "cliche" perfumes like Flowerbomb and Juicy Couture Gold! I own them too and sometimes prefer them to my Tom Ford or Mancera depending on the occasion 😊 great list and great video Ilythia!

My favourite this year is Mon Guerlain Intense! I also fell in love with La Belle and Lovely is one of my favourites, I´ve already used two bottles of it!
I really love love the Alien Essence Absolue juice! I think it's a gorgeous rich colour! Can't wait to get my hands on it! Great content as usual!👍🏽👍🏽

My favourite perfume discoveries of 2020 are La Vie Est Belle Intensement and La Nuit Tresor A La Folie... I have also said to myself that LVEB intensement could easily be my new Flowerbomb, which is my all time favourite. Thanks again for a wonderful video ☺️
I started my collection this year and there are so many new scents I’ve got🤗 La belle, Mon Guerlain intense, Burberry Black, LVEB l‘eclat and intensement, Scandal by night and scandal a paris, Black opium, Angel nova, Burberry her Edp..love them all🥰😊👍🏻
I just loved this video both content and of course you. Fine job!! I mean that truly. Now,fragrances. Except for the Juicey Gold being on your list , there were really no surprises. I know your taste,(much like my own). I did not know about Intensement(LVEB)I was so happy that Flowerbomb was still there and how you articulated your love of its composition. Bravo! I sprayed Chanel Chance EDP on a tester strip in a store earlier today and I can still smell it on there HOURS later. I can’t wait to buy it 🥰

armani si fiori, Sofia love, D&G the only one, amo ferragamo salvatore ferragamo, uomo by salvatore ferragamo (smells like tiramisu and Christmas its men's but I wear it) jimmy choo edp, Jimmy choo fever, britney spears sunset fantasy, ariana grande cloud, and nest cocoa woods were some of my faves this year!

My favorite has been Delina and BDK Gris Charnel, I also bought Alien Absolue and love it as well.
My fav perfumes of the year were Zara Aetlier Mochi, House of Oud golden powder, Kilian princess and Libre Intense.
My absolute favorite fragrance discovery of last year was Omnia Madera. It is so vanilla and creamy and warm.
My favorite discovery of 2020 is definitely la vie est belle eclat💕💕
I discovered Gucci Guilty, Miss Dior Roses N’Roses and Coco Mademoiselle L’eau Privée. The Roses N’Roses scent surprised me b/c I’m not big on floral or fruity scents so I was expecting the rose smell to have an old fashion smell, but it did not. Instead it’s nice and refreshing. Thank you for sharing might check some of these perfumes out in the future. 😊
Miss dior le parfum smells really good ... I love it in the month of December and January
Frances (Happinness Sparkles) gave me a travel of Lovely. And it is indeed Lovely... very comfortable and clean scent .. 🤍 i have quite a lot of great discoveries, but based on your list, Lveb Intensement and Bois Dore would be on my top picks as well !! 💕

Some of them I have already smelled or purchased some of them not yet.
I have Olympia which I really love and I 've bought Miss Dior body lotion. I'm obsessed with body lotions but this has nothing to do with the others. It's so classy , the scent is so beautiful, delicate so subtle but it's thereI want to buy the perfume as well. I had a mini but it evaporated.
Yesterday I smelled Intense cafe, I bought a sample for 4 Euros. I was not impressed. I think so much fuss for no reason.
I would also like to try the Van Cliff and Arpels perfumes.

I love love love the original La Vie Est Belle by Lancôme.. I love those yummy vanilla, fruity, gourmand scents.. can't get enough! I've been wanting to try more perfumes, especially something a bit more floral.. been trying to do my research but I need to actually smell them lol. I'm not a fan of rose scents but hoping to find a nice sweet floral perfume to wear for everyday in spring and summer.☺
I bought a lot this year. My favorites are mon guerlain, cloud, b540, Ralph Lauren woman, Ralph Lauren woman intense, philosophy warm cream cashmere, Dior addict.
I am a new subscriber and enjoy your reviews. I am on the search for a signature scent. I love so many that I think I will give up the search for only The One! Everyone must get a sample of Moon Glory from The Harmonist. This is a beautiful scent for me. I am saving to purchase a bottle.
Lovely was my first ever fragrance when I was 22-25 I got rid of it but would be curious to revisit it.

I too succumb to BAccarat Rouge and I blend with Oud for Greatness and sometimes I also do a Delina blend.
Kilian Princess is the most loved fragrance in my collection. Same tier as Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille and F-ing Fabulous :)
I’ve given Bois Dore a few weeks and came back to it. Initially I thought it smelt like cold concrete. But I think I get it now. It’s a unisex like BR540 in a slowly addictive way. It’s nothing like BR540 but it’s manly in a wearable way for women. Actually you’re right. It’s slowly growing on me! Wore it yesterday and was quite impressed!
that's a great way to put it - like cold concrete!! Because it totally does have that cold mineral feel.
My great perfumes discoveries are also alien essence Absolu and lancome la nuit tresor a la folie. Also love viktor and rolf flowerbomb nectar and viktor and rolf bon bon intense 🥰🥰❤❤

you should do like a video on neglected fragrances in your collection.
I tried SJP “lovely” in store the other day and yeah it smells like narciso Rodriguez edt and edp which I personally am not a bit fan of. However her born lovely” smells really comforting, it smells like the body lotion from “Johnson a&Johnson” ( it’s a purple bottle here in Australia, smells very comforting , I think it’s called “ lavender”something in other countries”) I used to use that body lotion for many years.
Doesn’t last long, I mainly used it in bed or when I’m at home in cold days.
I discovered a lot of my fav / signature scent this year. Also discovered that I don’t like powdery scent ( Narciso Rodriguez edt and edp) and fav notes( pear, rose, white floral, leather, Locorice and cherry syrup) My new signature scents that I m so glad I discovered this year are

Delina exclusif beats out the bunch i cant get enough of that stuff i get the wildest compliments with that one . Love Hermes Twilly: eau poivree. and Xerjoff i rocked the hell out of Memo Moroccan leather and Montale velvet fantasy. Newest discovery was Malin and Goetz dark rum so amazing
New to me: Twilly d'Hermès, Burberry Her, and Narciso(white cube), Givenchy Live Irréstible Rosy Crush. Wishlist(have never smelled): JPG Scandal and So Scandal, L'ancôme Oud Bouquet, PR Olympea, Delina, Narciso Poudre, Molecule 01, La Nuit Tresor, YSL Manifesto, and Chanel Coco Noir.
This list includes lots of sweet fragrances and lots of vanilla.
I love perfumes. I would buy them nonstop if I could afford it. But I am dying to try Tom Ford I've heard so much that I would love to try it.
My favs are Carner Tardes, Zoologist Hummingbird, and Lilic love. I want to try Hibiscus palm and still life in rio.

Favorite discoveries of 2020: Alien EDP, JPG La Belle and Delina Exclusif
I discovered wearing fragrances marketed for men, which to me, tend to be stronger and so alluring. Spice Bomb Extreme for men on a woman is very embracing, the Dior Homme Parfum prior to bed is something for a Hollywood Bond ultra chic nuanced moment... just to name 2 :) Tom Ford's black orchid. Noir de Noirs, Chanel Bel Respiro is so moving... so many!!!!

Alien Essence Absolue 💖
I had Alien EDT. It’s basically Alien just light and citrusy. Good summer, summer nights Alien. I decluttered it, much rather the EDP which I still don’t currently have.
I love the edt almost as much as the EDP, I find it subtly lighter like you say and I could literally bath in it 🥰

Juliette has a gun not a perfume! It’s gorgeous but it doesn’t last long. So I’m going to order the superdose. I think if I get the lotion and shower gel then it might last. Have you tried it?
I’ve only tired the original and it lasted ok for me but admittedly it wasn’t a favorite scent :/

The greatest discovery for me in 2020 is Alian Abslo. I bought 4 bottles of 60ml .. and then it was not available on the website.
I think in a previous video you mentioned your Miss Dior was from 2012. Do you find it resembles Flowerbomb at all? I have the 2017 version and that's what it reminds me of. Mind you it's been years since I last smelled it so I could be wrong. Was wondering if you have or sampled the current (2019) EDT of Miss Dior or the Blooming Bouquet or Absolutely Blooming. Heard the latter is a cross between one of the LVEBs and La Nuit Tresors. Thoughts?
I should clarify I'm fairly sure it was the 2012 version. I'm tempted to buy a "backup bottle" of miss dior which would be the new version and compare them and see if there's a big difference. And you're right they're very similar. I love sweet floral patchouli scents - apparently hahah. They all seem to be in the same family.

It seems that many of your new discoveries are ones Paulina Achar has discovered as well. Kissing, Olympea Intense, Alien Myer, Chloe Nomade, Princess...all were her discoveries. etc.
Very cool! I haven't seen her video yet. I know many of us probably shared some similar finds this year due to quarantine and there being so many popular fragrances. Also - I haven't smelled Kissing by Kilian so that wasn't in my video. :) Paulina and I actually have quite different perfume tastes I've noticed. I just quickly popped over to her channel to see the list and she has a lot on her list that I don't actually love. Thanks for letting me know though! :)

Love, M they are very close! To my nose Roses Vanille is a sparklier version of Intense Cafe. A tad more sugary also! I prefer RV!
