How have I never seen your channel!? I literally LOVE your honesty about all these topics! I felt so guilty like I was cheating when I got my first Botox at 38! And then, after that I found out EVERYONE i knew pretty much was already getting Botox or Dysport. I felt a little cheated when I found out this was what everyone else had been doing all along😂

Thanks for a great and informative vid! I would like to try a neurotoxin again, but I have great reservations because about 3 years ago I had Dysport done by a reputable clinic. This didn’t happen after the first time, but after my 3rd time w/ just a little bit in forehead a few weeks later I had muscle weakness and pain that lasted for months it was awful! Anyone else reading this have any issues?! Was considering trying Xeomin because it doesn’t contain carrier proteins….not sure if I had some allergic and weird reaction, but very scary!😊

I was 43 the first time I got Botox and usually only get it once a year sometimes twice a year.

Drink plenty of water, sunblock, hydrating skin products and possibly Botox
