Don't marry them unless they're up to this level, we are the problem taking them otherwise, can you imagine if we demand this level of competence from the rest how beautiful the world would be, but we degrade ourselves and society with unhealthy men and think they gonna change, no we need to change, you are what you seek, when you catch a young fish we throw it back in the ocean to grow let's do that it men, and stop being door mats, baby mothers, cook, housekeeper, bedwarmer, caretaker if they still need that level of care send them back to their mom for further growth

My first husband wasn't anything like him! After giving birth, he did nothing. I returned home 1 day after my first born and had to clean the house. After the second birth, I left the hospital the same day, because I wanted to be sure the first born was being taken care of.
Eventually divorced him, and my present husband adopted my daughters and wouldn't let me move a finger when his first biological child was born. He made breakfast for his adopted daughters to let me sleep in and got them off to school.
She found a good one the first time!
I can relate. My experience was so negative and difficult from pregnancy to postpartum that this just fills my heart with so much happiness for Rose. Imagine the healing power from such a fresh meal being prepared post partum. I mostly survived on Burger King breakfast burritos lol.
How very nice - a supportive, refreshing, Innovative, helpful, handsome, patient kind comforting, a real father, a real friend Rose & family can always count on, a great cook!❤😂😅😊 . .. May Jehovah God continue to bless you & your family.

Wait where are you to be going home the first day. I won't lie I stay all of my days. I get my pampering lol I stayed 3 days last time I gave birth . I'm 20wks now and can't wait for my hospital stay 😂
I love that this is not about material life, no bmw, no Gucci bag, no Rolex watch, no brand name furniture, no house with a fence, no housekeeper nor nanny. Pure love, dedication and respect

People Who say rose should get up , change her clothes....should check chinese culture first .it 's 'upsetting to read this kind of comment. Every culture is différent. In Chinese culture after giving birth you have to stay in your room in confinement. You cannot be expose to the cold wind ... because they think that it will affect your health later. Its been like that since thoussands years . Check on google . Also if you watch historical drama you can see it was was like that for every women since then in all asia not only chinese. And we have to respect that . Besides her husband told her the first day she came back home now you are in confinement. So there is nothing to critisize. Its their way to treat a woman after birth . Its a juicy business in Asia . For reach people women go to a special center for a month for confinement ( thoussands of dollars) . Its different in Europe us... no confinement you get back to housse chores quickly ...... just to say every culture is différent no hate . And finally she has a very difficult pregnancy lack of iron is no joke . Maybe she has a c- section .they didnt say anything but you can see that she has a very hard time.
I agree!!!! I'm so angry at some of the comments. If they say they care about Rose, wouldn't they want her to be comfortable and 100% focus on recovery?
We are not her doctor! We are not her medical team! We are not her family! We are not her friend! We are not her auntie!
We do not know what's best for her! You know who does? HER DOCTOR!
I wouldn't want some of you as my auntie! And I DEFINITELY wouldn't want someone so unkind around my child.
It's not even Chinese culture, it's a medical fact that it takes time to recover from childbirth. I'm an American and my doctor advised bedrest and very light activity (5-5-5 rule) and at least 6 weeks before going back to work.
@@soxnation1000 yes exactly!! Just because some cultures push a new mom back to work quickly doesn't mean it's good for the mother!!! They force her back to normal in order to serve the father and/or "the economy" 🙄 That's why they gaslight women into thinking it's no big deal to give birth, even though it's traumatizing to the body if not to the mind too!

This Father works so hard, caregiver, building, farm, housekeeping, everything. I pray by the time baby gets to one year or so, they can get another holiday just to rest and refresh.

Wow! can you imagine, slaughter a chicken, dress it, stew it, cut down bamboo, return home preparing food for Rose, serve her then go back to pick up the bamboo trees and work on the house!!!! @janekimbwarata2000 it's so lovely. Here in North America where I live it seems that giving birth and the toll it takes on the body is something to be gotten over with as quickly as possible. I was a stay at home mum, so I was able to rest and take my time. This should be a women's right
In Cantonese culture, a woman after giving birth enjoy a month of staying home & rest to recover . Also she has to eat a special diet of proteins like eggs, chicken, ginger and all cook with rice wine.

For those who don't understand. There are times in life we don't nourish ourselves after surgery... reason being we need time for wounds to heal first in it's own time... After this stage, when wound has healed or anything to do with detoxing our body... We then go full board at nourishing ourselves. I am hoping to see fermented rice wine dishes coming up in the next few weeks xxx and the black vinegar ginger trotters
