    I appreciate the comparison between having corn starch and not. I have to try this!

      Thanks! Yeah that comparison scene is actually brought you by my mistake😅
      I was filming with the "No corn starch" version first, and realised that looks like it's burnt😩
      Then I re-develop recipe and fim again with "with corn starch" version. But I was thinking that is there anything I can do with the burnt one🤔 Then I came up with rthe comparison scene😌

      @@CHEFSLABOI see! It was really useful, I think you should try this to show once on a while, it becomes a lot less abstract when there's an example of it, instead of just saying, 'it becomes more ...'

    You are ticking all the boxes with this one. No compromise on taste. 😋, carbs still there, but enough protein and veg.. simple, quick, affordable ✅️✅️✅️
    Quick question: if I wanted to make 4 patties with the sauce, would you recommend doing 2 patties at a time? And keep the first batch warm while i cook the second batch? Any suggestions?

    I am always finding cooking content when A, hungry and need something to see while eating (improves my digestion) or B, when I am sick and eating a zero value food.
    My food was when watched this video is a roll sliced two and coated with honey and drank a mug of tea. Sadly I got some harsh infection and I am slowly coming from it out, but cannot consume any normal food and not really ate in this week and 2 day.
    Looking at the early stages of the cooking made my guts hurt but it is due I am sick now and currently I am trying to avoid bad stuff.
    Regardless this recipe is looks simple and good even if in Hungary these kind of extras does not exists (the sauce, oil). We have different products and style of cooking but this meal looks an okay breakfast.

    What's the point of cooking it low or with the heat off if you're just gonna cook it some more after?

    • @azena.
      @azena. 9 днів тому +1

      The cooking after looks to be to make a sauce rather than cooking the meat itself. The low and no heat look to be to help heat the meat fully through without drying it out too much. The notes in the video seem to explain some of this.
