I have had mine built for about 2 months now. Pre ordered one. SUPER NICE EBUGGY I'm running the EXACT same setup. Battery, esc, servo and motor. I've put on skid plates from SUMO, FT aluminum servo saver, FT carbon rear tower and AVID ceramic bearings, FT aluminum shock ball ends with FT titanuim pivot balls. Car handles great out of the box. No need for upgrades
Nice car, I know I'm biased but still think the Tekno's are so much tidier. I just went from an old Serpent with twin batteries in the back and all those wires crossing the drive train.. Was hoping to see it drive though :P . always suprised when I see Pillow balls on a pro racer when that's what my Kraton basher has.
Do you get nay wheel rubbing up front were the turnbuckle attaches? I want to get this buggy with sweep wheels and tires but heard they rub up front. Thanks
"New"... Only the name and minor details. Associated is like Schumacher when it comes to innovation or making actually race-efficient models. Just the weight distribution is already messed up in the front, steering geometry and chassis rigidity need improvement as well. Kinda poor overall.

Do you mind telling me what electronics you are running pls?
Brent Thelke knocked it out of the park with this build. AE is just a great racers car. Looks super clean and easy to maintain.
Great video and thanks for the shout out! Feel free to get us more involved. ;-)
Nice presentation of a sick buggy
Awesome, they finally caught up to Team C from 2012; looks good

the RC8B3.2 was released in 2020 not last year. so the car was two years old before the B4 platform was released.
Awesome video buddy!
What car stand is that, looks customizable, Great Review!

What esc , motor and pinion you running ?thanks
I have my order in for one of those but it has been on back order for like what feels like forever.
cool. Thanks for sharing.
How secure does the new motor mount hold the motor? I just feel like that style motor mount doesn't hold the motor as well as the old school type.
Are they planning a truggy version
I would expect yes. I think some
Of the AE team drivers are testing prototypes now.
WHERE DID YOU GET THAT STAND!??

Beautiful... I want to see it run:)
Will be racing at BEGO for the JConcepts Canadian off-road championships next weekend
@@Thevmaxrider tnx for the heads up:)
Notifications are on, but I'm a new sub... the races are going to be here?
I’ll record my mains and some other races during the event. Will try to get some
Video of Jim’s new buggy in a race.
Have fun with it :)
so it will fit a regular stick pack
Yes it will. I have it set up for dual shorty 2S packs, but the kit allows for single 4S and dual long 2S packs.
@@Thevmaxrider thank youi
Wht about the truggy.
What tires are on it?
Those are a set of Sweeps. Have to look and see what type.

@@samuelandolina6338 none that I have noticed. Ran them in testing a couple of weeks ago and they seemed to work just fine.
😸✌🏻
