I hate to break it to you, but the projector in my classroom has pretty bad input latency, so not great for gaming. I have dual 3440x1440 ultrawide gaming monitors on my desk though.
I love the projector theory. Also this is an awesome video and very well done. I loved what you did with the graphic icon when preventing the PC builds.
@@AffectionateLocomotive glad you got recommended this too, and that's a fair point re 1:30. I guess I just found it cool that Andy purchased an enterprise level SSD, but I agree it makes sense for sure. 🙂
Great video. Quick correction, the GPU in my gaming rig is the Radeon RX 7900XT no the RTX 4060. Also, I use the AMD system over the Intel for editing for a few reasons. 1. The system was built from what I could find around the studio (lol). 2. Both Intel & Nvidia GPUs made my editing software run like a dog and the spare 5600xt I had worked fine. 3. The same system controls all our, multiple automated camera setup so the 5900X CPU helps with capture more than editing.
Many thanks Tobias, and whoops re the wrong GPU. Yes those reasons definitely make sense for why to use AMD not Intel in the editing rig. It's what most other creators ended up doing too 🙂
Video editing can be fairly resource intensive, especially if it's 4K H264 media - or when rendering, because all CPU cores get maxed out. Sometimes 2-6 extra cores (or 16GB extra RAM) can make a fair bit of difference.

Noooo 😭 Although the dual 1440p monitors sound awesome though!
OVERCLOCK THE PROJECTOR XD /s
You the real MVP Owen
Teachers are the future of our society. We need good ones, like you!
Awesome how so many creators replied and you were able to compile all of this. :)
Yep I was really happy that they all replied :)

Thanks I really appreciate that :)
Subbed because they made a lot of shoutouts to some of my fave tech tubers.
Thanks for the sub, I appreciate that. It was fun making this video and speaking to these tech tubers. Glad you enjoyed this video :)
Thank you for making this
No problem 😊It was fun to make, and really interesting to see their specs. (Although now I'm really wanting to buy a fancy OLED 4K monitor lol)
This is a good style of video
@@sadcrouton thanks, I was scratching head at first (as to how to present everything) but glad you think it turned out good 🙂
Those rigs seems pretty over kill for video editing innit?

My goal for 2025 is to get emailed about it too😂
