- It can be easy to have vision for our lives, but difficult to wait for it to come to pass. Too many of us, a season of waiting seems more like a burden instead of a time of growth.
Continuing in the collection of talks “Bricklayers,” Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. teaches us that there’s purpose in the process in a message called “Waiting is Working.”
In studying the book of Nehemiah, he proves to be a great example of what it looks like to be active during the wait. Establishing a plan to rebuild the city of Judah, Nehemiah demonstrated patience and used his time to pray to God.
We must first take time to hear from God, for at the right moment he will bring the vision to pass. Taking immediate action can lead to the birth of a premature vision, causing us to lose faith.
Being patient requires work from us. Trusting in God’s timing and praying for an opportunity and favor from him allows our sight to be in line with his and our strength to be renewed. Through it all we can remain confident that while we wait, he is working on our behalf.
when you birth a God vision out of God's timing,, the vision is born weak, like a premature baby... that hit me

See, the thing is, I spend every day hoping for my calling/destiny/plan/hope/future, etc., and I keep thinking I know what it's going to look like, and it's going to appease the naysayers. But in reality, what it is will go against the naysayers, making things worse that it's taken so long for me to come across that thing I need to do for God. This is the hardest thing to deal with. I've been waiting for it for so long, and it comes along, and it's not going to go with the grain of what Christians do for God or what Christians are asking for from other Christians.

Well it's not Midnight, but it is Wednesday night.
I got fired on Friday and as I was walking home I found 100 dollars and I know it was him because as I was getting fired I knew I was going to be ok I had an interview with another store and I was getting back into school I was completely fine but then I found the 100 dollars and I knew it was him because at that point it was more than what I needed i hope you understand that the world we live in is small compared to him and his love for you
