The cod recipe that you used would be called fish cakes in the UK and can be made using any sea fish, I like it made with haddock or tuna, much cheaper then cod ,it would be flattened like a beef burger and shallow fried or baked in an air fryer (better for you) 😊

I wish I could go to Book Off! I used to save my money every birthday to buy a big selection of manga. when they're $10 each they really add up. 8 volumes for under that is an amazing deal!
