У нас дома есть из клубниаи, яблок, ежевики, малины, алычи, слив, нжира, вишни, черной смородины они все разные на вкус и всегда подойдут для десертов, мороженого, выпечки. Maslo (asi 1 veľkú kyžicu) dáš variť. Zatiaľ rozmixuj 3 vajcia.
Keď maslo začne bublinkovať, daj to na NAJNIŽŠÍ stupeň a daj vajcia. Miešaj.
Nesoľ zatiaľ, iba asi 5-9 minút miešaj. Bude z toho krásna hmota - porom vypni, daj soľ, čierne korenie.
Ak dáš na tanier, posyp s korením sladká červená paprika.
