Here is the real talk. I can either buy a house here in California for $500,000. That is going to be almost what I want and take work or I can buy one of your houseboats which seem incredible. Some of them just seem sack quality and small enough that I’m not intimidated to clean it. I’ll stay in it. I’m gonna live in it and Promise you’re all in Tennessee or Kentucky and that doubles the price in order for me to get here so I don’t really understand what I’m pretty frustrated right now to buy the boat but not double the price to pay for the shipping. I guess that’s the world we’re living in
Very nice! One very important thing I look for is the condition of the engine/generator compartments, and this one passed with flying colors! If I was ready to buy today I'd be on my way to look at this beauty.
