I am so glad you noticed that. As soon as I saw it when the video debuted, I was bawling because I knew exactly what it symbolized. Then immediately going into being welcomed with open arms by Mama Africa and spotted by the young children in the red caps - who happen to represent a Nigeria. I am Igbo-Nigerian and they are worn in our culture. I sobbed, sang and gave a standing ovation once it ended. It was beautifully done….just STUNNING. It hit my heart then and even more now with Chadwick no longer here.
@@i-am-svrn i am tracing my roots. Initial DNA numbers has the majority of Nigeria, the second is Cameroon. . I'm hoping to get as close as i can to my prime ancestor. 🙏🏾
@serenitymuszings I also found out that I have Cameroonian ancestry as well. My late grandfather told me that it was because of the fact that Igbo people did a lot of trade with Cameroon regarding goods (spices, etc) and building connections/growth, and then coming back and forth. I want to say that I am so happy that you have found your connections and roots. Welcome home 🖤
