Looks great. You ought to be able to adjust the spotlight "tension" on any car to make it as firm/loose as you want. Should be 2 allen key adjustments - one controls the rotation of the light right to left and one controls the up and down.
Just bought one. Your videos have been very helpful in its restoration. Already used as a prop in a car commercial in the first few months of me owning it. Just got a bunch of work done and it will get its first detailing tomorrow. 👍
I think that your front seats are Town Car / Grand Marquis. I once passed on an 03 Crown Vic with those that was used by an upstate New York Tax Collector. Thanks for the tips on the K&N air filter, and fog lights.
lmao what tint meter did you use to detetmine that? are you impersonating an officer? thats highly illegal and can get you arrested. be careful!! please explain?
@@MrRandomReviews No I really couldn't tell What amount of tint- it looks like limo 5%! I could be wrong. Certainly not pretending police but I can say my insignificant 93 Dodge Dakota with 30% got Detained here in Florida! Then I sold that issue! What is the %Tint?
Not sure if my text for live chat went in. But can show the fog light that you have so I can see how it was installed. I have the Ford Focus fog light that you mentioned while you were doing your makeshift P71 into a Marauder. Too much plastic housing for the fog light and afraid to see it break when it gets tighten. Looking forward to all the madness on your new ride. Thanks.

I added a K & N filter to my 2007 CVPI. I noted NO difference in acceleration vs. the standard filter. The only advantage is that ot is long life but only if you clean and maintain the filter.
If you have any spare Crown Vic parts, I'm open for donations. I bought a 2011 P7B last year. I replaced both my rear door panels because I didn't like the sheet metal that was on them. I replaced both the front and rear head and tail light assemblies. I bought an aftermarket center console. I reconnected my horn wires but still don't have a working dome light. It comes on when the passenger doors open but not the drivers door. The only repairs I made are replacing the spark plugs and the coil on plug wires. Other than that I had the radiator flushed. I'm not a real big Ford fan, but I knew I was getting a good car. I like really your videos plus I'm a subscriber. Nice little bit of ass kissing at the end, huh? Lol
Thomas Burr I’m actually not opposed to getting a regular crown Vic or a grand marquis. But there is something about that police interceptor. Either way, your car sounds awesome man.
David K Thats part of the reason I want one. That said, it does depend a bit on how you define better. Yeah it’s a tougher suspension with a higher clearance, so cop cars can drive over curbs and what not without getting damaged. But for the same reason they tend to not handle as well. So I’ve heard anyway! LOL. I’m no expert just passing on what I’ve heard.
@@judosailor well I've driven both and currently own a p7b, although the p7b rides about an inch higher I think the rear sway bar and stiffer shocks make the car handle better than the civilian one. I'd definitely recommend test driving both if possible but my first impression driving the p7b was how flat it drove considering the size of the car, yeah it's no sports car but definitely blows the civilian model out of the water in terms of car control and body roll. Try to get a detective car if possible and not a black and white as those tend to have been driven harder. My p7b detective car with 150k miles on it still does a 7.7 0-60. All and all it comes down to personal preference, really can't go wrong buying a crown vic period.
Underdrive pulleys are used to spin your accessories at a slower ratio than stock. Not really something you want to do on a daily driver. Esp. for the unnoticeable hp difference. Might give a 3 hp gain, but with considerable cons. Possible battery charging issues, overheating issues and its possible to throw off the harmonics of the engine.

I thought muffler delete can cause the check engine light to come on and cause the car to go into a mode like the cold air intake . please let me know please
also is it ok to put a cold air intake in my grandmother 4.6 liter 2002 grand marquis. she offered it to me as my second car since she wont be able to pass her drivers test due to her age and it took me less then 3 seconds to say yesss!

I have a bad ass tune from Marty that we went back and forth a few times until we got it perfect. Since I went to a bigger Throttle Body and bigger MAF, a K&N full cold air intake system,FlowMaster exh.Marty tuned my trans to shift harder, shift later, and lock up sooner. And of course 93 octane tune on my SCTX4 running into my 2001 Grand Marquis LSE..It`s definitely worth the time and money...

Might be your crank shaft position sensor
Or the crankshaft positon sensor there both like $20
