santa would probably be the most busted stand user i think his abilities would go something like this; >time stop for WAY longer than the world can bring, can also have anybody he wants stay active within the timestop (i.e. his reindeer) >super speed + minor formshifting (think what the pillar men do, thats about the extent) while in timestop, and can presumably give the super speed to animals such as his reindeer unless the super speed is their stand ability instead >can create coal, or objects of any kind as long as it gives a purely positive harmless experience, and can grant this ability to people aswell, presumably theyd need a pure heart
