To get to Kellogg you need to be on the quest with Valentine and Dogmeat, until then the route is inaccessible (I think it disables the lift or something). And to get to that you need to do the interview with Valentine after rescuing him, which means you have to rescue him. That's the furthest ahead you can skip from the start of the game.
That's something codsworth can call you, though only during the beginning part of the game, if you interact with him then, he will call you mr.(something in the available list for him to say ex: sexy)

Although, Todd Howard had the privilege of that in the E3 demo, his name was pronounced by Codsworth twice in different tones (although that was cut from the release)

@@blackmanta1876not for floating, thats why general atomics sells mister handy fuel, they designed the mr handy in a way they could still profit from him after selling it, in fact they did the same with some cars, the nuclear energy generator inside only powers the electrical components like the lights and such, but the car still requires gas, thats why there are plenty of gas stations and gas cans along the games, fallout games always pointed out how even after accepting nuclear energy as a normal greedy corporations would still destroy the environment for profit.

The last 3 are mostly the same. The first variation is just basically pointing you to Concord and Minutemen, if you completed those prior meeting him, it probably skips variation 1.
It look bad everywhere, it look good only where mods are installed. And mods are available on playstation 4/xbox one and will be ever more in the new gen.
It's a Bethesda game they're one of if not the lowest quality AAA studio especially when it comes to graphical fidelity The only game they ever made that's been considered to have good graphics was Morrowind on the original Xbox

It’s honestly extremely impressive how much free will fallout games give you compared to games like red dead 2 which give an illusion of it
