- The New Wilson Combat X-TAC Elite Carry Comp is available in 9mm and .45 ACP for the ultimate soft shooting and accurate carry gun experience. Our exclusive compensator design tames muzzle flip with high performance carry ammo and reduces perceived recoil of your Compact or Professional size pistol to less than that of a full-size gun. This one-piece billet machined compensator barrel has no threads or joints to loosen and the short but efficient profile fits in any standard, full size 1911 holster.

It's nice seeing a lefty shooter demonstrating a commercial.
Holy crap. the muzzle didn't move because the guys hands are bigger than shoe boxes. but it's still a great gun.
I agree. My tactical professional shoots real flat without the comp
Everything looks great, I would opt for a green tritium FS though. Nice looking pistol.
The 9MM likely benefits more being a higher pressured round than the .45ACP.
PSI doesn't matter, it's all about volume of gas and off the shelf 9mm rounds use about the same amount of powder per shot as .45
@@mutiracialbeatdownPB 100% Correct and it's amazing that the majority shooters and even gunsmiths fail to recognise this basic concept of fluid dynamics. It's why you see so many badly designed comps. This comp could have been created to even more efficient, if the chamber had been centre bored, cut and baffled, rather than just having the chamber machined from the top as appears to be the case.
@@stevetierney2630 Wow, someone actually also knows this? Lol! Nice, I would partially defend Wilson deciding to just cut from above since it does speed up production (I've been there in person many times) and it's strong as shit. My race comps that are more effective do have risk of bending if dropped.
It also does have reasonably large area the gas "hits" to pull the gun forward to help counter recoil forces even if the actually gas jet effect is not as effective as it could be if it was more like what's on my race pistols. Problem is once again those brakes/comps are much larger and have altering baffle size to optimize gas dwell.
Looks nice but I'd skip it due to the really weak over-sprung ejection pattern. You'd think Wilson would have tuned it for better ejection. That's a stove pipe waiting to happen.
I need this in my life😆
Start counting your pennies, it's about $4000.00.
I’m trying to find a range test similar to this one with the Wilson Combat Compact Carry Comp in 45 acp. There’s nothing like it anywhere on the web. Ideally I’d like to see one tested using the combat drill developed by Larry Vickers he calls the 6x6x6 aka the Devil’s Drill. Shooting six rounds at a target with a mandatory slide lock reload in the middle at a target that’s six yards away in under six seconds.
Gorgeous
Beautiful
what song is that in the background?
I like it :)
Sweet!!
I can't get this in the Peepuls Repubic of Kalifornia. Is the barrel available?
you had me at pee
That's one bad bitch!
That muzzle barely moved while firing.
This compared to the nighthawk predator II, and go.
I’m shy to ask Wilson combat, wondering if they offer this in 10mm
Nope. 9mm or .45ACP. They have other models that can be in 10mm.
HEH!! While this was a quality ad WC left out one very important part....they didn't talk about the OMP!1 :)) It's a COMP gun!! What makes Wilson's different from e.g. Nighthawk's Firehawk/Sandhawk? Staccato's XC? ...etc. ??? :)
I was honestly looking at this gun but since no one's talked about the COMP...which IS unique.....someone should have looked over the script :))
Price ??? $$$
@Jayce Stevens O...Thanks Captian Obvious 👍
