It’s so funny talking to someone from the UK… Logan parks described being 2 hours from home as getting pretty close to home. Meanwhile a two hour drive in the uk is like a once a year excursion for most people there.
Great show. Livescope plays a role for sure but these guys are all dedicated fishermen who spend 200 days a year on the water. These may be the new generation of fishermen who can leverage all the information and technology out there and benefit from high school and college fishing programs… Unless you are the angler from Maine, he’s “just” a great jig fisherman, lol.

How in the hell does playing video games help with livescope? Have you seen the games these kids are playing it doesn't relate to livescope at all. They look like real life most times and livescope is a blob on a screen, that's more like atari so if that's the case 80s babies should be great??? I think it's just what they have used and teach themselves to use.
Love ya Mercer but kills me to hear u bash the ainti live scope guys. If these guys were such good fishermen they should be able to compete without it. People in bassmasters caught bass for years without it. So just don't understand making fun of one or the other . But I won't watch live because live scorers are so boring to watch . I also believe it has ruined club level fishing. Use to have 30 boat tourneys . Now they are 10 or 15 max. All the smaller boats in guys that loved to compete quit because money buys wins . 360 in livescope kill it on docks in smaller lakes . We don't have reservoirs here in Iowa.
Thanks for watching Adam, to be clear I do not bash anti live scope guys at all. I always say the best thing about fishing is you can do it how you want to do it. The jokes I made in this episode were more a way of me defending these young guys. It’s not fair that they worked there ass off to qualify & people choose to de value there skills and say they only made it because of FFS. They are simply playing the game using the current rules they are given. One day the rules may change and if it does they will have to change with them. They don’t make the rules but they have to play by the rules. Personally I have said from the start I am not for or against FFS. It’s an incredible learning tool but it does also dull down some of the great fishing moments we all love. As far as the future of FFS in tournaments is concerned only time will tell. I think fish will adjust to it & so will tournaments. But if any rule changes are made I hope they are done using facts and data not just opinions. Hope this helps clarify my thoughts.
