i love Barmouth i camped every year just up the road for about 20 years in the 90s on it looks like a lot has changed but i see the chippy is still there
Ironically of the people that did do something silly there the little kid was the only one that didn't put themselves directly in harms way too. At least he was still lineside that makes him infinitely better than the adults that casually decided to saunter onto the running rails.
Why do people act like idiots near the railway, don’t they know the dangers, it’s not a playground. OK it’s nice to watch, but what if it was a mainline?
those are nice shots of the crossing, and a nice looking station. it’s the closest in looks to ones in my part of the US and some things are universal: teenagers and idiots trespassing
It's hardly Clapham Junction is it? Probably only one train an hour. The train is stopped either way until it's all clear. Not the same as a Eurostar approaching at 150mph 😂
Not bad. You got a lot of stuff for one crossing. That train driver with the tresspaser layed on that two tone. I bet that tresspasser needed to new pair of underwear after that.
I can’t imagine living nearby with the incessant siren going off. That would drive me crazy! It’s ridiculous that they can’t develop something different, with a different type of sound, or directed beamed speaker or something. 🏳️🌈😷👍🏻🛤🚋
Fair enough if u want to take videos of level crossings but there's no need to passive aggressively moan at people when they walk in front of a train currently standing at 0 mph with its doors open
Who would stand at a railway crossing and film for 15+ min, including the edited out bits. You really need to find more interesting material and this is not an example of interesting. Down the beach maybe.
@Kenneth Holland you need to find something more interesting, like not saying mean stuff two innocent people who are trying to express themselves. Grow up man

WHAT THIS VIDEO IS POPULAR!!! Well done 👏
Thanks
Just got back from barmouth beautifull little place. Recommend the chipshop just up from this crossing on the right .
Enjoyed this video more than I expected when it came onto my playlist. Some people seem to enjoy dicing with death!

First went to Barmouth in 1958 when there was lots of steam action ! It was a different place entirely then !

Given how stupidly many people behave near trains, it is a miracle that so few come a cropper.
i say Treepass.
Where is Barmouth?
Yes
Try Google maps !!!!!
@Bertie Wooster there is a road near Coleraine called Barmouth Road
West coast of wales
Why is there no Welsh version of "Keep Crossing Clear"?
hmmmm I'm not sure I did report that when Barmouth had it new Alarms

gotta a wave from the driver!!! Cool!!

Its a better use of time than what most kids are doing. But he is very close to the closing barriers himself. He should be further back from the gates

I live by 2 in Hull ya get used to it
Whats with those emojis
they need to fine people forcrossing after sound for train starts something fare like $80,000 each
$80,000 is a bit excessive. £1000 is the current fine for trespassing on the railway.
So in effect the train runs over the level crossing to move to the other platform
The line goes from double in the station to single after the crossing.
What am I supposed to see here?
